Cascadia Pizza is my go-to when I want something solid and easy without overthinking it. They are out on the corner so you can take in the Mountain as think about what to order. I've lost count of how many times I've grabbed a pie here and walked it over to Volition Brewing for a beer. That combo just works. My regular order is The Butcher. Red sauce, cheese, bacon, pepperoni, Canadian bacon. Sometimes I add mushrooms. It always hits the spot. Great spot for later at night when options start thinning out. Pizza is consistent, staff keeps things moving, and it's reliable in that way you want from a local spot you come back to again and again. read more

We recently ordered from this place while visiting a brewery. The staff is friendly and they're efficient. We tried the cheese and the pepperoni pizza. We also had a lady order of the buffalo flavor wings. The pizza had the perfect crisp and the toppings had the perfect amount of cheesiness and right amount of pepperoni. The buffalo wings had the right amount of sauce although not much of spice but good flavor. The wings are good size wings too. Naked Wings (5): These just sounded good so decided to order them. Sooo glad I did. They were AMAZING! Crispy on the outside. Moist and juicy on the inside. Dare I say it didn't need any sauce? Great sign. Any sauce that you dip it in just kicks it up a notch. Don't miss out on these! Pepperoni (5): I think they just have an amazing oven cause their pizza is crispy and they use quality ingredients. So I'm thinking any topping you get will just come out tasty. They probably put those wings in there too which made it amazingly good as well! Hawaiian (5): As stated above, any pizza is gonna come out crispy and good. If you're on the pineapple bus, then you'll like this! I know some hold to the idea that pineapple doesn't belong on pizza. Not me. Put pineapple on everything! If you're up for open woodfired pizza, this is the place. There are some nice choices and they will try to accommodate requests if they have the ingredients. A little uneven in cooking - sometimes the crust is a little darker than other times - but always good - a little pricey for small pizza, but my grandkids beg to go there, and everybody eats every last bite. read more

Yes, this pizza lives up to the hype. My family and I had been hearing about it for ages and finally decided to pick some up. We got in the car to take it home and we're immediately overwhelmed, in the best way possible, by the smell of the pizza. The employees had it ready right on time based on our scheduled pick up! The garlic cheese bread is amazing -- the garlic sauce is so garlic forward but not overwhelming. The pepperoni pizza was superb, with adequate amounts of pepperoni and I appreciate how they use the cups. We were hungry enough to justify more than our usual ice cream scoop, so we stopped at the renowned Cascadia Pizza Co. truck. The atmosphere is relaxed and the servers are as trendy as the imaginative names on the menu. We ordered the Buckley and Wenatchee, and the wood-fired oven worked its magic in twenty minutes. This might be one of the best pizzas I've had in Western WA! The flavors were distinctive, and the crust was smoky and delightful. The Buckley is peppered with rustic meats (including curled pepperoni!) while the Wenatchee offers light, delicate flavors like apple and balsamic without any sauce. We alternated between the two, each offering a unique taste profile. Two pizzas were certainly enough to share. If I'm in North Bend again soon, I'd love to stop by and maybe grab a beer at the nearby Volition. North Bend has expanded with many exciting, independent establishments since I was a child. They had a food truck in North Bend and my wife and I stopped here on a whim. My wife got the Cascadia Margherita while I got the Buckley as recommended by the guy behind the counter. Both were absolutely outstanding pizzas and just perfect in every single way. The crust, the sauce, the toppings, they were all just so so very good. If I really had to nitpick one little thing, it's that I wish there was a little more goat's cheese on the Buckley to counter balance the saltiness of the pepperoni (or maybe I just really like goat cheese). This place is a terrific add for downtown North Bend! Our crew frequents Volition down the street--awesome beer but no food. That used to mean ordering from Dominos (cardboard and goo) or Frankie's (diarrhea alert). But no more. Cascadia has become my go-to Friday night pie. The (very) good: pretty much any pizza on the menu, although the Buckley and the Wenatchee are both particularly worthy of your caloric investment. Every pizza comes with delightfully chewy, charred-in-places wood-fired crust. You will see some cretinous reviewers here complaining about that characteristic wood fired flavor and texture. These are people who ate glue in elementary school--pay them no heed. The great: Fire bread (just order it!), but the *chef kiss* crème de la crème is seriously the wings (yes, damn it, the wings). They are the best thing on the whole menu. Possibly the best comestible for sale in the Snoqualmie valley. From a truck. A pizza truck. I know it doesn't make any sense, but there you have it. The bad: Dessert pizzas? Perhaps for the aforementioned glue eaters, but not for me, Bob. Also, these guys need to figure out some sort of a dumpster situation, because every garbage can in downtown is overflowing with the boxes from their stand. Good problem to have, but still... Anyway! Service was quick, easy, and friendly, real simple, one size, wood fired and delicious. After a fun hike at Twin Falls on a late Sunday afternoon, this definitely fit the something easy and fast ticket. Ordered the pizzas, told it would be ready in 20 minutes, plenty of time to grab a beer and a patio seat at Volition, come back and pizza is ready. Cooked almost perfect, a little burnt on the edges, but the pepperoni had that crispy edge that made up for it. Big slices, so easy to fold it New York style, plenty of pepperoni, cheese and sauce. Wow did I get this pizza on a bad night? I'm surprised by these good reviews. The pizza crust was super soggy and gummy. The sauce had no flavor and the sausage were these weird gray colored round processed disks that tasted terrible. To top it off the green pepper was raw. I ate one slice and threw the rest in the trash! My pizza looked nothing like the photos here on Yelp. Very disappointing! read more
