Cooperstone Family Restaurant totally surprised me. I walked in expecting a typical "family restaurant"... you know the kind. It's actually a cozy Italian spot with super cute decor and a full Italian menu. We came in early for lunch and were the only ones there, but our waitress was so kind and made us feel really welcome. Even while she was outside cleaning their patio. I ordered the Classic Alfedo, which came with a side salad and a slice of garlic bread. Not the best Alfredo I've ever had (quite runny), but I'd totally give it a solid 8/10 and they're a place I would recommend to friends, heck even my grandma! My husband ordered the chicken noodle soup and it was really great. Between the service, the views and the cozy italian vibe, it's a super charming stop if you're traveling through Snoqualmie. read more

Italiano primo! Chicken Marsala how it is supposed to taste, I'm a happy camper. I come here every time I visit Snoqualmie Falls a mile up the road. It's consistently good. This historic downtown has plenty of free parking, wide sidewalks, and a slower old town pace. I love it. But I come back here for the food. At $24, it's a little high for lunch, but it seems everything is now. It did come with a small Caesar and garlic bread, so I truly shouldn't complain. WORST SERVICE EVER!!! Except for the Hostess! We arrived last night (4/25/26) to dinner (previously service has been great). Last night we got the older guy with glasses . We ordered an appetizer and lemonade. He came back 2 words "you ready" I ordered spaghetti AND SALAD! My Wife ordered her dinner. He brought the appetizer set it down NO WORDS , walked away. I waited for my Salad (NEVER CAME) He brought the food set it down and walked away. NO WORDS AGAIN ! We never saw him with us again . He went to the table next to us , he talked his life away. Absolutely loved the food at this restaurant. Food was amazing, food was presented very well, bread was amazing. Reasonable priced. The Seafood Fettuccine Special was amazing with Shrimp & Scallops in a delicious Lobster Sauce. The other two dishes my coworkers ordered were amazing too. I was happy that this restaurant had gluten-free pasta. My husband and I got the shrimp pesto to share and it was good. However, I did feel like there weren't too many pieces of shrimp. It could definitely use more. You get a choice of a salad or soup with your pasta, which is nice. I wish kids' menus in general (not specific to this restaurant) were more creative and had more healthier choices. Anyhow, we got my son the chicken tenders and fries. He ate the tenders but didn't seem to like the fries. The ambiance is nice and cozy inside. We sat on the patio (which is small and cute and has about 4 tables in total). Let's start with the good, very attentive staff and really nice decor and overall feel. Plenty of parking all along the road and there was no wait at all for a Saturday night. The food was ok, a bit bland and could have used a bit more flavor. The pizza was so-so, just not Italian - very American, so it depends what you expect? My pasta was good, lots of seafood in it, but could have used a bit of salt, parmesan and a couple of herbs. I wouldn't say it's going to be my new favorite, since I prefer authentic Italian, but if you like American Italian, this might be a good choice. read more

We stopped in during our day-o-fun with our grandson. We were in the area, hiking, exploring and taking in the beauty. The restaurant was empty on a Saturday evening, so I think we missed the dinner rush. Our server was quick friendly and efficient. Hubs and I shared a ceasar salad and chicken marsala. The ceasar salad was very good. Our grandson had some bites and gave it rave reviews. Fresh, crisp and delicious. The chicken marsala was mouth wateringly devine. Our grandson ordered the margarita pizza. He's a connoisseur of sorts of this pizza. He devoured what he could eat. Four of us came here after walking the Falls and deciding this was a place to eat. The ladies split a large salad they thought was delicious and we split a barbecue chicken pizza with pineapple, one half with cheese and half without and it was delicious! Troy, our server, was excellent and one note; if you order a soft drink don't ask him what kind of "soda" they have ask him what kind of "pop" they have. read more

A wonderful, full service families run restaurant in. Snoqualmie Falls. The Family and I came in for a late lunch today after hiking up and around Snoqualmie Falls. Our service, and food were faultless and beyond reproach. Our waitress (and I'm sorry I cannot remember her name) was so sweet and detailed oriented. She was there when we needed her, and not hovering. I had the veggie gyros, the hubby had the salmon and spinach pasta, and our daughter had the bacon and mushroom tortellini. Everything was so delicious, so well prepared, and perfectly seasoned and presented. It was a great lunch and a great way to end our hike and weeks long vacation. Our last meal in Washington, and our favorite! If we ever come this way again, we will be sure to return. read more

The husband and I met for dinner here one night and enjoyed the cute intimate atmosphere, great service, and their gluten free pasta options. It's a nice low-key place with a family owned atmosphere. We had dinner reservations pretty early on a week day night and were seated right away and our server was very attentive. They have gf entrees including pasta but aside from salads, there's not much in the way of appetizers for someone with a gluten allergy. They were great about substituting veggies for bread with the artichoke spread and it was quite delicious. After our hike to Snoqualmie Falls, we landed here to get some lunch. The kids menu includes mac & cheese and chicken fingers with fries. Both of my kids thoroughly enjoyed their meals. The antipasto salad was pretty solid, and the bacon and mushroom tortellini dish was delicious but heavy. You definitely get what you pay for. Service was very friendly and quick! To start this place was great. We were walking around and we saw this place and we decided to go in. It was a great Idea, to start right as we walked in the service was amazing. Our family tries so hard to support neighborhood small businesses but man, Copperstone really worked hard to make sure you never come back. Here is what happened during my last two visits. - My family and I arrived at the restaurant at 7 pm one evening to have dinner. The hostess turned us away saying they sent their kitchen staff and servers home because it was a slow night, so they are closing down and could not serve us. I have never had this experience before! - We decided to give CopperStone one more try tonight. In spite of signs saying that they accept the usual credit cards, we were asked to pay in cash only. They were very insistent. So it's important to note here that the food at this place is just okay. It is located on Railroad Ave in historic downtown Snoqualmie, so given the number of businesses that have turned over here, we really wanted to help support Copperstone. But when they make it so hard for you to spend money on them, what's the point? Very, very disappointing. read more

First time trying Copperstone. We were really excited about the menu. The ambience was perfect and the waitress very nice and helpful. Unfortunately, it was apparently a bad night for the cook. We ordered a meatball sandwich, which was flavorless and lacking ingredients. Also, ordered the fettuccine carbonara special. Unfortunately, it lacked the special carbonara cream sauce, which is tricky to make, but the reason you order that dish. Am I right? Therefore, extremely dry. Also, the bacon looked and tasted like the bagged bacon at Costco. This is unacceptable. It isn't difficult to make beautiful bacon pieces to add to a dish. Maybe an off night, but each and every dish served should always be given their very best effort. We'll pass it next time. read more

Came here during the heat wave to rehydrate and get some shade. The waitress was so kind and attentive. I honestly went to the restroom to wash my hands after ordering and came back to food on the table. Across the street from a park with old trains and on the main thoroughfare. My son and I wandered into Copperstone simply because the place next door was closed! Wow, were we in luck. We were warmly greeted and immediately seated. The menu and specials were varied and encompassed many different pastas and sauces. We each had a glass of wine, he had prawns and linguine in a cream sauce; I had chicken parmigiana and both were excellent! The appetizer of bruschetta (which the waitress unfortunately mispronounced) was one of the best I've ever had. Other than the family who allowed their small children to scream at the top of their lungs and serenade us with loud nursery rhymes, the ambience was very nice. The decor was quite authentic Italian. For the price expected better. I had the chicken Parmesan. The chicken, pasta and sauce were wonderful but it was covered with way too much cheese. My daughter had the meatball and penne off the kids menu and the meatball was cold. My other daughter ordered chicken strips and the chef made macaroni and cheese instead? They were not busy, there were only two other tables. She got the macaroni and cheese for free which wasn't very good. It tasted like velveda. When her chicken strips and fries came out, the fries were totally overdone. Our server was nice and prompt. That's not surprising, though since there were only a couple of other tables there. There were tables outside, which is where we chose to sit. But the traffic noise was very loud. When large 18 wheelers weren't driving by, it was nice. We are here last night having been to the event at the train museum to say we were disappointed was an understatement the young man that greated us was pleasant the same can not be said for the women who served us. She really didn't seem like she wanted to be there, she was rude and seemed bothered by us. The food was below average and we waited an age on it, my husbands food came with a side of fries and we literally counted 10 that were partially cooked, the best part of the dish was the salad and it came when we had finished. The waitress tried to make an excuse as to why; which was a flat lie. Our food took a very long time to get, and they were not busy at all. Came here on a saturday night at dinner time. The restaurant was rather empty so we were seated quickly. The main course comes with either soup or salad. We ordered eggplant Parmesan (with a side of Caesar salad) and a salmon fettucine (with a side of tomato basil soup). The appetizers were delivered promptly. Much to our surprise, the soup was cold. Cold as in frigid cold, not even room temperature cold. We thought it might have been a cold soup like a gazpacho, and inquired the waitress. She took the soup back and returned it piping hot. So now we figured out the chef back there must have been "chef mike". The eggplant Parmesan was decent, but nothing worth writing home about. The highlight of the dish was actually the garlic bread that came with it. The fettucine, on the other hand, was under seasoned with a tiny piece of salmon. The price tag of $20 didn't justify it. The bill came out at around $40. Pretty pricey for such poorly done food. I don't think we plan on returning. read more
