Love this local hangout spot. I think the inside is so cute and I love the atmosphere and people it attracts. They have different kinds of seating- high top seating, couches, regular tables, countertop at the bar. I really liked that. I'm not really a drinker so I wouldn't feel right giving any kind of review on IPAs or stouts because quite honestly I'm not a fan but I do know my ciders and pale ales. I enjoy most of the ones they serve. They do have a limited food menu and it's slightly inconvenient but it's also a quaint space. It's mostly snack foods and wish they would do more warm snacks like pretzels or fries but not a big deal. Overall this place is one of my favorites. It's welcoming and a local spot which I adore. The beers on tap are great, staff is amazing, inside is cute, there's always dogs and it's clean. Come check it out! read more

Both Wildwood locations (Hillsboro and Beaverton) have become my favorite neighborhood tap houses. The beer selections are thoughtful, varied and change frequently. And their beer tenders are super friendly and know their stuff. Both places were built out in all wood by the owners, offer cozy seating, and are dog friendly. They sell snacks at the bar, carry an assortment of cans and bottles, and they're fine if you bring in your own food. They also stay open later than many local places. This is a great little taphouse. It's our go-to for work gatherings and get togethers although not the largest place. They have an expanded outdoor seating area that they set up in the parking lot. Perfect for these COVID times. One thing I really like about this spot is the fact that they have one of those digital menu boards that sites how much is left in each keg. Not sure why I find that so amusing, but I did. They also do half pours which is another thing I love because it means I get to try more beers. They don't offer much for food aside from like chips and salsa but they do allow you to order whatever your want to be delivered and to eat there, so that's nice. Staff is always friendly and they work through the line, if there is one, rather quickly. Parking can be a situation considering the parking lot isn't that big and there's quite a few establishments that share it, so get there sooner than later or you'll unfortunately be stuck doing laps for quite some time. read more

Great selection of beers on draught and in cans and bottles to take away. Some of the staff are brilliant. There's a certain expectation of conversation in a pub, but not here. The staff seem to be more interested in chatting with their regular mates than serving customers. If you're seated at the bar top, forget about getting any engagement beyond another pint if you're not part of the group of regulars. You'll leave wondering if you've not done something wrong. The regulars also seem to get preferential treatment too (some of whom are rather obnoxious). Perhaps the only pub where you can leave feeling more isolated & lonely than when you arrived. But if you're here with your friends & can't be bothered with all that it's great. The beer is top notch, the space aesthetically pleasing & the music selection is always ace. If you're feeling dour and want to converse with a barkeep to lift your mood maybe try somewhere else. If you don't care about that and want to drink in peace or with your mates, check it out! We've been going to Wildwood since they first opened. They have a great tap selection and a great assortment of canned beers in their coolers. They offer some small tasty snacks. It's nice to be able to bring in our own food too. We appreciate that they are kid friendly until 6 pm. My only complaint is that there isn't a changing table in either restroom. Came here to meet up with a friend to talk career paths. Sat down with the friend and between beers watched as the hallmarks of Wildwood Taphouse stood out throughout the night. So I arrived around 7 PM, which on a Saturday night in summertime Oregon, means the sun is still blasting high because that's just the PNW for ya. Around 8 PM the sun started coming down, and I realized that the front entrance of the taphouse with all its windows allowed much of that natural light to come in. As the night continued on, the effects of the interior lighting lit up, no pun intended and the interior felt warm to the eyes, comfortable to the touch. I don't recall testing if there is WiFi at Wildwood Taphouse, but according to the Yelp page for this business, there is supposedly free WiFi. I guess I was too busy observing other things and taking photos (see attached) that for once I did not bother testing if there was proper WiFi at the business in question. In any case, I give this place a 5 out of 5 stars. Kind of wish the seating outside was more plentiful but that is sort of self-limited by how much commercial space the business is able to acquire and the real estate in this little shopping center has its challenges. read more

Stopped in here while walking by and I'm really glad I did! They have a great space (don't let the strip mall fool u). There's plenty of room to hang out and they have outdoor seating. They have twenty brews on tap, including a few dark beers. And they have a large selection of cans that look to be very popular. Food served is just snacks but the salsa is quite legit. They play good music and have TVs in all four corners playing sports. And service is great. They have a lot of regulars. Looks like I just found a new hangout :) read more

Came here on a Friday at 4 and it was packed. Nice to see a quality taphouse added to Hillsboro. Great selection of taps. Love that they're dog friendly. You can bring your own food but they have a small snack menu and offer ice cream by Ruby Jewel. There's a few games available to play at the tables for free. My only complaint is they're slightly pricier than other local taphouses and don't offer a happy hour or punch card. My first time here and I'm already in love. The tap list was right up my alley with some great beers on tap, they even had a Russian River beer and Racer 5. Coming from California originally, these are classics for me. Although the hazy craze is good, I do love my west coast IPAs and Wildwood delivered. The space is very roomy. Lots of seating options and bright inside. Kids are welcome and they even offer Ruby Jewel ice cream for the little ones, or yourself. No judgement here. Other than ice cream they do not offer food, but it's a BYOF friendly joint and there is napkins and sriracha out of you need it. They have a nice selection of games and some of the tables have decks of cards conveniently placed for your enjoyment. We will be back for sure. read more

A fantastic, warmly welcomed addition to our neighborhood, nestled in between Bugatti's and Insomnia Coffee, conveniently only mere minutes from home. With approximately 20 rotating beers (+ a few ciders) on tap, Ruby Jewel ice cream in the freezer, and superb service from owned/operators Andrew & Will, this taphouse is quickly becoming the local watering hole and is well worth a visit. Family friendly until 6pm, somewhat limited food options (including chips n salsa, pretzels, pub mix and ice cream), numerous board games and ample seating indoors plus a few picnic tables out front, they have covered their bases considering their crowd and are doing a great job! The beer list is sufficiently diversified for those who don't live off IPAs, including stouts, porters, red ales, pilsners, blondes, sours, and quite a few unique varietals. They are an affable and customer service oriented team with a refined taste for outstanding craft brews! The taproom is not vast, yet has an open, airy layout with a modern microbrewery vibe, nothing overly flashy but well maintained and clean. Did a little bar hopping and stopped here for an hour. Don't let the outside fool you!!!! They're OPEN!! We almost couldn't find it but they have a metal sign "cool" and all but there isn't lights on it. Inside smells of fresh wood countertops.
