The service was great, the staff was genuinely friendly, and the whole place had an easygoing, welcoming vibe. Their beer lineup is solid with plenty of Three Mugs brews, and they also offer kombucha, cider, and at least one wine option, so there's something for everyone. The food menu is classic bar fare--sandwiches, burgers, and other comfort bites--but everything we tried was delicious. We had a bit of trouble tracking down silverware and napkins at first, but eventually got sorted out. When my husband got there, they said they'd accidentally given our order to another customer and it had spilled in the parking lot so now they'd have to remake it. Ok. They said 30 minutes, but it ended up being a whole HOUR later that the food was finally ready! We had three hungry young kids at home that I then had to make a different dinner for since the dinner we'd been counting on hadn't arrived. When we finally did get the food home, it was cold, and the dessert had been packed upside down, so the frosting was caked onto the bottom of the container and a big mess. Came here for lunch yesterday. oMG the food is terrible. Hopefully the beer is better. I couldn't try as I was on my lunch break from work. Service was trash but I still tipped max amount cause it's not her fault this place sux. It's still new so it should get better but $19 for a burger is excessive and it wasn't terrible, had me burping until bedtime. This place falls under the fool me twice shame on me category. I've found my new place for lunch in the area! This place is a brewery first, but wow their food is fantastic. The Korean pork belly tacos are so good. The belly is rendered down nicely and the meat is very tender. Generous portions too. But seriously, their wings are next level. Not the puny little things most other places serve; these are meaty wings. But the best part is they know how to cook a proper wing... crispy skin but still moist and tender meat inside. I've tried the original buffalo flavor and the gochu flavor and wow I'm telling you they are very good. I'm a total wing snob and these guys are doing it right. Next time I'm going to try their bbq wings. Wash all this down with their cocktail special of the week (like a mango margarita for example) and you guys that live or work in the neighborhood have a winner place right here. read more

Three Mugs Pugs Public House has hands-down the best burgers and jojos, and sometimes they run a special with Aunt Shouyi chicken, which is also really tasty. But honestly, I can't stop ordering their burgers--I've had one every week for the last couple of months! [[HIGHLIGHT]]What makes this place even better is how welcoming and family-friendly it is. I live right down the road from this place, and I always want to support local businesses. So, I convinced 2 unsuspecting friends to "try a new place" with me. From the moment we walked in I realized I had made a mistake. We were greeted by a woman who was eating at the counter; she came over to the POS station to take our order without washing her hands. She did not seem properly trained on the POS, as it took her multiple times and multiple fixed overcharges (spotted by us) to even get our order in the system. I get it, though it's hard to learn new POS systems, and it's even harder to find decent staff. That wasn't my issue; my issue was when she then proceeded to take her unwashed hands and handle large unwrapped straws and place them in our drinks. Help! Get the health inspector into this place! Sigh...now we come to the food, and I guess technically you would call it food, although I've had better hot food at 7-11. The "dirty fries" were soggy and the gravy had the consistency of thick mucus. My friends had the "Fish & Chips," and it was one medium, unseasoned, overly fried mess. They also received a special surprise of a small hair in her salad, yippee for them! The chicken strips tasted microwaved, and the "barbecue chicken tacos" were dry, plain, and underseasoned. I get that pub food isn't always Michelin-star quality, but for the price of the food, I was expecting at least some yummy comfort food. By far, it is some of the worst food I've experienced in this area. I can't speak for the beer, though, as none of us partook. I passed this place a few times and finally decided to come check it out. My first time in Josh welcomed us in as if we were already regular customers. The service we had was amazing, and the drinks/ food we ordered was even better. Since than- the minute I feel like unwinding and enjoying a beverage with some food - the first place I think of is three mugs.
