I just had such a terrible experience with Cummings Plumbing that I will not be using them again. Nick, the plumber who came to my home, was unprofessional and made the whole situation uncomfortable. First, he was cursing constantly while working, very inappropriate, especially with my kids in the house. It was really unsettling to have that kind of language in my house and it left me feeling uneasy as my husband wasn't home. To make matters worse, he didn't even tell me he broke the panel he needed to remove to access the plumbing behind the shower. I only found out after the fact when I saw the damage. On top of that, he removed shelving and clothing rods to get to the panel, but didn't bother to put anything back in place. He just left everything scattered on the floor, including my clothes! It was disrespectful and left me with a mess to clean up on top of everything else. I expected a lot more professionalism, especially for the price I paid. I will not be using Cummings Plumbing again and definitely would not recommend them to others.

I had hired a different HVAC company to come out and charge the unit but over the next month it went out again and that company said I needed a new AC/Furnace...that my unit wasn't repairable. I called Fahrenheit for a second opinion and George came out and assessed it, figured out the issue (why it kept needing charged) and he repaired my AC and it kept working perfect until I moved. He was so kind and honest and professional . Since then I've moved and will not use anyone else for my future needs. I am soon going to be having them install a whole home generator. I think people look for a perfect service based company that runs like Amazon...but do not understand that most service based companies are family run and are locals with their own families and are not robots running on AI. In my experience (from referring George to friends...and having him help service my parents home as well) they are honest and caring and do great work. I read a couple of the 1 star comments below and after dealing with George I can't quite believe them. If something is wrong or done incorrectly, George will make sure it's righted. He's a good guy who cares about his clients and cares about doing things right.

Unfortunately for me, my setup is non-compliant with current code specs. Fortunately for me, Al was able to come check it out in person the next day. He was then able to get back to me and upgrade my system, install a new water heater, and take the old one out... all within 72 hours of my original request. Some of the larger companies in the area were a week or more out before even willing to come give me an estimate. Can't say enough positive things about Breyer's. From start to finish it was a friendly, professional, and well done project. If i need a plumber in the future, they'll be my first call.

The reset did not fix the problem, and I never received any follow-up calls or service afterward. As a result, I had to hire a separate company to resolve the issue. I later requested a refund but was only issued a partial credit for a humidifier pad. My furnace was never properly repaired, and the lack of follow-up or accountability after I had already reached out multiple times is completely unacceptable.
