We shot the video the next business day after that meeting. Paul and Kaden made the filming easy and I credit their professionalism for the video's success. They were patient, dedicated to quality, and made the process comfortable. 24 hours after filming, the videos were cut and sent to me for any comments/edits/suggestions. Even before we scheduled our session, she was very prompt and responsive to emails and gave us many great options on locations and product options. We decided to do our pictures outdoors and she met us at Golden Gardens and was well prepared, having scoped out some great sites to shoot, and even brought some simple props. I finally had to say "you have 5 days to give me a FULL refund or I'm going to my attorney and police station" magically 14 hours later he sent me the bare minimum 7 minute video( still looks like a draft video) he refuses to respond and has blocked me. He claims our business has been concluded since 2023 but I have so much proof and evidence of conversations of him "working on my video" June of 2024 (I got married June of 2022). this guy will give you every excuse saying he "over booked himself for the season" "took on more than he can handle" Please save yourself from the heartache.
