First off, let me just say that Aaron made me and my wife feel like we received way more from his wedding photography service than we paid for. Wedding photos are the most important thing to us in a wedding because they are a way for us to look back on such a special moment in our lives, so we had to pick the best. Aaron was by far the friendliest and attentive photographer we talked to. The best part about working with Aaron is that you only have to tell him a few wedding details and he takes care of the rest, giving us the time to focus on other aspects of the wedding. On top of that, we also used the wedding makeup service that his wife Nicole provided. The combination of their services definitely made the wedding planning easier. In short, this studio is a small business but treats clients with the big corporate attitude. There are many other good wedding photo studios on the market in Seattle. TLDR; As a client, I think I am pretty easy-going. After the shooting, we even delayed our dinner time driving the photographer back to the parking lot at which her car was. But it seems only myself values this relationship. I was very shocked that my photos were posted on the social media by her. Before the shooting, I told the photographer that I was pretty introverted, so I hoped her not to share my wedding photos with my front face in the social media; others were fine though. She agreed. She even told me that before posting, she would send me photos for review. Guess what, I found my portraits and my husband funny photo online one day without the notice. Then I told her my shock. If she explained to me or apologized, then I would understood. But she silenced. Instead Aaron(her boss) came to me out of blue, saying in the contract, it is said that they have full copyright. Then he also asked me to understand them as a small business. One thing differentiates the small business from the big cooperate is that people in the small business really cares their clients and their needs. Also, they are trustworthy. Aaron was chosen as our wedding photographer due to several reasons, besides the convenience for my family who speaks Mandarin Chinese, but his attention to every detail was the selling point! During all of our meet ups, Aaron was punctual and was able to provide information and questions for us to find out prior to the wedding, which has saved us a lot time after. I was mostly impressed that he took his own time to check the wedding venue, and then again to our rehearsal. I don't think too many photographers would spend so much time with their clients prior to the actual photo day. Aaron took pictures for my courthouse wedding and wedding pictures shooting. He is really good at capturing the natural and lovely moments during events. And he is really patient. He is a very efficient photographer. He provided us all the pictures at the same day of our wedding, which is very impressive. So we decided to hire him again for our wedding photo shooting. I have been follow for Aaron's work for quite some time before I decided to hire him and Nicole for my professional headshots. Aaron is very easy to work with - he made sure my session is all about me and all the things I want to achieve. Being behind the camera and screens for years myself, Im frigid when Im the subject. Let me start off by saying that this short review doesn't justify how happy my wife and I are about Aaron's work :) My wife and I got to know Aaron and his wife Nicole last year, following a recommendation of our mutual friends. We were looking for a professional photographer and makeup artist for our wedding in July. Communicating with him and Nicole has been effortless. We decided to shoot our engagement photos outdoor in Palouse, which is a few hours away from Seattle. Aaron planned everything for us and drove his own car there. He didn't even charge us for gas and mileage! We spent an entire day there shooting photos and it was an amazing experience. Aaron and Nicole really went out of their way to capture the most beautiful moments for us. Understanding that taking pre-wedding photos is special for us, he arranged a meeting as early as possible to discuss all we need to prepare and what style we prefer. 2. Best photo experience I have ever had. We worked with Aaron on my wedding day in February. The decision to work with him was easy. His natural way of shooting shown in his portfolio was just what we want. I found the fresh and warm tone of the pictures were very charming. His bilingual skill suited my family's demands perfectly. And he also recommended a great stylist to me (which saved me lots of time). The price was competitive too. Working with Aaron was just as easy and comforting. I was planning a destination wedding and it would be impossible for me to fly to Seattle just to interview a photographer. Aaron sure helped me getting through the difficulties. My friend introduced Nicole to me when I was planning my marriage registry, and Nicole mentioned Aaron's photography studio, the price looked ok, and it went quite well as we discuss the make-up, the bouquet, the bird-cage vase I had on mind, and how are they going to match with my white dress. The marriage registry photo went so well that we felt we got a lot more than we paid for! At least four of my friends asked for Aaron's contact after they saw my photo, the non-PSed one! I especially like the mood and the color tone of Aaron's photo, it flowed very well with my make-up and the style of my dress, and the photos captured the most vivid moment between my husband and I.
