Our son's truck was involved in an accident the middle of December. He was originally told it would be repaired the first week in January. Then told it would be repaired 14 January. He's in the military, and this is his only mode of transportation except for a motorcycle (not very practical in the middle of winter). He has leave that started two days ago, 30 January. Of course, another delay, on the 14th they said it wouldn't be ready until the 28th. So I call them on the 28th and I'm informed it wont be ready until today, the 1st of February (3 days into his leave period and no way to go on his planned vacation, with reservations). So today he receives a text msg saying it won't be ready until the 7th. They weren't even professional enough to call him. When I asked about a loaner car when I called on the 28th, because they have had his vehicle for going on 2 months, they tell me there is already a waiting list for loaners because they are so far behind. Just goes to show that you should shop around when getting your vehicle repaired. I would highly recommend a "mom-and-pop" shop over this extremely unprofessional, delinquent, customer last organization. I will NEVER give any dealership in Hampton Roads named "Casey" a penny of my money nor would I recommend anyone buy a car from them. I'm sure this attitude and unreliable service is a cancer at all of their locations. read more

So, my 2016 Toyota Rav-4 was the subject of a hit and run while parked at the hospital while we delivered our second son. Seriously, who does that? Luckily, it was covered by insurance, and this autobody shop is right near where I live. The people here were very professional and friendly. Joshua in particular was amazingly helpful. Caring for a newborn means everything else becomes exponentially more difficult, and worrying about repairing a car on top of it all could easily become just too much. Thankfully, Casey helped fix the car up properly in good time, working closely with my insurance and keeping me updated along the way. They really helped take one more stressful thing to worry about and make it much more manageable. Much appreciated, guys! read more

The lady at the front desk Sheila is very rude. I am sitting here right now and they are talking about me... that's so unprofessional. Also the communication was terrible. They didn't call me when the car was ready. I had to keep calling them to receive an update. On top of that I get my car home and there is something that wasn't fixed. Good grief, why can't I give zero stars? What a shame. These people left so much overspray on my vehicle that a child could feel it, both on the hood and the roof rack. Initially it was on the entire windshield as well but they fixed the drivers side windshield in the three weeks I left it there. Left it there a second time and they apparently didn't get to it. Two weeks. Unacceptable. I spoke to Kevin Ranger, who stuttered his way through a conversation that was along the lines of "well it looked fine last time" and "well I haven't seen the car yet" and then I was told that it had been too long. And they're "considering my case." All the while in the background some Whitney lady that works with him was saying "wow, wow" (I suppose in regards to her perception of my tone) and when confronted he said she was on the phone with another customer. Exclaiming "wow" at such an opportune time? Unlikely. Guys, I didn't realize that lifetime warranties expired. Don't advertise a lifetime warranty on paint if you're going to turn around and say it looked good last time and it's been too long. And overspray, it doesn't just "happen" while I'm driving. That's an issue with the paint. Don't tell me you're going to rectify the situation, Mr. Wynn, until all of your ducks are in a row. I don't want an apology, I want my gosh darned car fixed! read more

I took my car here to be repaired and they had it for an entire month now mind u my car was hit in the front so once I get my car back I look they stole all of the change I had in my cup holder and a onyx speaker in my truck and it was stolen by someone that works at Casey Collision Center. So I would advise u not to use this place because they don't take any ownership of there employees that steal from customers.. read more
