As my partner and I were new Virginia residents both of our cars required a state inspection. I dropped off my car at Walls late in the afternoon and the inspection was completed within an hour. We then brought my partner's car in for an inspection right before closing time. The car was safely stored overnight and the inspection was completed early the next morning. Our representative, Jo, was professional and cordial. Finally, the cost for the inspection was very reasonable and no additional repairs were required or recommended. WALLS, you guys rock! Thursday night, I had found that my front right tire had a nail in it. Since it was already 9pm, I had to wait until the following morning. Got onto Yelp the next day to see who I could take my truck to. Walls came up as one of the top three but had only 1 five star review. A bit weary with only one review, but I chanced it. So I called to see if they had any availabilities. They were booked, but the sweet lady, Becky, said to drop the truck off and they can take a look at it around noon. Needless to say, I get a call at 1020 to say my truck was ready to go... and I had dropped my truck off around 9am. Awesome! Walls, thanks for the quick work! I know where to go now. read more

The customer service is terrible, especially the lobby ( if you want to call it that ) the receptionists were laughing while we were talking to them. We were talking to the mechanic not the receptionist, they were concerned about something that had nothing to deal with them. Very disrespectful ! They did not let me look at the car the mechanic was looking for the owner and he was in the office but he asked if one receptionist to come look at my car brakes, she went back there and the other receptionist wanted to be nosey or had nothing to do so she walked back there for no reason.
