I bought a HRV 2022 and the whole experience was a nightmare. The communication of the whole process was a nightmare. When I did the test drive I wasn't shown the basic controls, I was left to figure it out on my own. The sales guy Rick honestly didn't do a good guy explaining the whole vehicle and it felt rush. Honestly if you aren't the person purchasing the vehicle then you are not part of the negotiations. They only gave me 350 for my car when I could easily sold my car for parts. My old car had new spark plugs and tires on the vehicle. The management team in my opinion isn't the greatest because getting answers from them is like pulling teeth. I work customer service for five years and if I had a customer looking for answers about certain things then I would contact them within a reasonable time frame instead of having contact me. I had to contact them and got nowhere. I recently found out there is a hole in the frame and it's not supposed to be there. Don't go there to purchase a vehicle. read more

I traded in my car and two weeks later had to make a car payment on the car I traded in as they had not paid off my car loan nor contacted GM Financial. Of course I made the payment, otherwise it would have hit my credit as a missed payment. When I contacted them they insisted it takes 30 days and they pay by paper check! Casey is a multi million dollar company, and they are incapable of a wire transfer?! I have traded a lot of cars in my life and I have never had such a horrible experience. Yesterday, I stopped by your facility with the intention of purchasing a car. One of the salesman, John Schuszler, met us outside and immediately begin assisting us. He listened to our requests and helped in the best way he could. When I told him that I would like to explore other options but intended to return, he offered to give me a business card and told me he could continue researching. We walked back inside the building. He left and returned to his desk with a sales manager, Stephen LaBelle, who tried to help me in the process. Even though I repeatedly told him that I wanted to explore other options, he tried to keep me there. I realize that he was trying to understand what I was looking and trying to help, but as the conversation intensified, his tone became very condescending and impersonal. It made me feel very uncomfortable. It seemed like he was there not to form relationship but simply just to sell me a car. It was very unprofessional and inconsiderate. If I need another car, I will not be returning to your facility and will not recommend others purchasing a car from you as well. I would suggest reviewing with your staff how to form relationships with customers before convincing them to buy a car. read more

Who knew car dealerships like this exist?!!!! I am impressed at the excellent level of professionalism and transparency my wife and I received buying our new Honda Odyssey. Joseph (salesperson) greeted us at the door. He was extremely knowledgeable about all of the technical aspects of the vehicle and took his time going over them with us. Darrell (General Sales Manager) was extremely friendly and helpful. He approached us to say hello while we were standing in the showroom waiting for Joe to pull the vehicle up. Visiting with him early on made it easy for me to pull him to the side later to share my hopes with him as far as the terms.
