He rudely instructed her not to contact him but to contact the rental manager to reschedule. Over a month later he rescheduled another visit and did not show, and did not respond to calls or texts. There were no apologies. We were affected as well taking time out of our day to wait with her. Meanwhile it's been two months of a non-working washer and having to launder elsewhere costing more money and time. After billing my credit card he became very elusive and was not communicating or showing up for appointments. After several missed appointments he finally showed up and was unsuccessful in getting new unit up and running. He then stated whisper kool made an error and needed to order a more expensive unit. He then billed me for that unit in full instead of the difference in the 2 but never credited me for the former 1. After he was unsuccessful at getting that unit running he then became more elusive. He never credited me and I had to go direct to Credit card company to open a claim. Even until now he claims he can get unit running but has no showed 5 successive times between July 22 and Aug 27. I am done doing business with them and would urge anyone to avoid him and his company. Worst experience dealing with a technician in 50 yrs for me.!!
