I was hit by a car that I have no liability in the accident for. My repairs are 100% covered by the other parties insurance yet I was still left to be the mediator between the insurance and this auto body shop- as others have pointed out the front desk wasn't too friendly and Mark was SO RUDE that I've opted to figure out a different avenue than having my repairs here. Mark decided to take it upon himself and change my appointment day. We scheduled for a Friday (on 3 way!) and he's insistent it was scheduled Monday (it wasn't). I tried to be flexible and I told him "if the estimate has to be Friday and the work starts Monday that's ok" His response: "I'm not storing your car here all weekend!!! (A paying customer). As if being involved in an accident isn't stressful enough be prepared for them to add to it - Casey's absolutely doesn't alleviate and just adds to the stress. Steer clear!!!! Fast forward one day. Spoke with the insurance representative today to let her know I'm going to be seeking a different auto body shop. That their customer service is so poor here that I'm uncomfortable with them even peeking at my car. Her response "oh my gosh- I was going to talk to you about that today, Mark was SO RUDE TO ME YESTERDAY so I'm happy you're going elsewhere!" Good luck Mark. I think you're going to need it- your misery is showing and I wouldn't be surprised if you even argue with soda machines, you're just such a downer with NO customer service. I got a now-to-me older car. It had a little damage. Unfortunately, after a few days of driving the bumper pulled loose. After asking over twenty locals, SIXTEEN PEOPLE highly recommended Casey's. I brought my car Casey's. He asked about insurance. I told them I had insurance but this was pre-existing damage. Casey quoted me a price more than I paid for this old car to replace the bumper and fender. I said no thank you. Then Casey offered an alternative fix in my price range!! The car looks amazing. My mechanic assured me it is safe. I am sooo thankful for Casey not taking advantage of me. This is a super awesome shop!! I think this is the third generation running this shop. Setting my mind at ease about the repair flow, I found him knowledgeable and trustworthy. I was updated by text as to the progress of my car repair. I received an estimated completion date, which was right on schedule. The shop would be closed before I could make it through commute traffic at 1730. So I had to rearrange my schedule. I needed my driver side mirror replaced on my Infiniti. Original part estimate was $969 but when they tried to order it Infiniti said it was $1900. Mike Casey took the extra step and found a used one for $400 (this is important because I am paying out of pocket). All of the staff was very friendly and professional. Dishonest. If you want a shop that's going to damage your car and then avoid responsibility and refuse to fix it, that's the place. We brought it back, they told us they were unable to fix it and we had to go to the dealership. We go to the dealership and find out that's not the case. Poor service. If you want your vehicle to return in worse shape than when it was dropped off, then take it to this shop. The car was dropped off for repairs, and the shop said they couldn't fix it, so when we received the car, we had tape holding the vehicle bumper together, a check engine light was on, and the hood indicated it was open when shut. The shop personnel say it is not their fault and keep on saying all this is pre-existing. When the car was dropped off, none of the warning lights were on. I know you can not make it right, but at least accept responsibility for your errors or inadequacies. read more

I can see why they have 5 stars and if you need work done this is the place to do it. I had a small scratch on the hood of my new Genesis G70 that was down to the metal. I really did not want to do it myself, but I got the paint for it. If it had been on the bumper or door I might of let it go, but the hood, well no. I called a few places who wanted a lot of money for basically a touch up and I did not want the entire hood done. If you are a "car person" you understand what looking at a scratch means to your "car happiness," so to speak. I stopped by and spoke to Kaytlynn, who is really a great representative for the shop and pleasant as can be. Well, they touched it up and I they are going to buff it up next week and it couldn't have been done any better. They are a 30 year old local business and I cannot recommend them enough. So few places today are worth recommending, but this is a great company, with great people and I am so happy they are here in Brentwood where I moved a short time ago. This is not the first time I've been to Casey's. In fact, it may not even be the more than the third time, I've used Casey's... However today, they went above and beyond and most assuredly have a customer for life! I swung by their shop this afternoon, no appointment to ask a quick question about an interior body issue for my Honda Odyssey. I had a belief that my issue may not be the first time they'd heard about a dilemma I was having with my car. Bottom line, I couldn't close the 'Cool Box' due to an obstruction (a scotch tape dispenser fell behind the box, leaving it permanently agape and "a-ugly"). Every person I connected with was friendly and helpful. From the front desk reception/service-woman to Mark the estimator and Benny the mechanic. The purpose of my review is not to suggest that one expect that autobody work because you drop in. I was preparing to have the situation assessed and then scheduling an appointment for repair. This was the closest body shop to my house to get my front bumper fixed (it got dented). My auto insurance covered this place and I decided to come here to avoid commuter traffic before heading to work. PROS - Got a new bumper for my Camry and they did a great job painting it. - They even washed the car! Yay. SERVICE - The downside was how long it took to set up an appt. My insurance claim paperwork was done in a week and I was told to call Casey's to set up an appt. I called, they said they got the forms, and I was good to go. Made an appt and it was verified by receptionist. I called the day before my appt and asked if things were good to go. Turns out there was a misunderstanding between the appraiser and auto shop and I had to wait another week for my parts to get in. Appt was rescheduled to the following week. I called again beforehand to make sure things were good to go. This time I was told things got overbooked and can I wait two more weeks? Whaaaat?! Isn't this why calendars were invented? It was too late to switch to another shop, so I stuck it out and my car was brought in two weeks later. At least they were quick in fixing it and I got my car back after a couple weeks. Good work but they need improvement with scheduling logistics. I suppose I'd come back if I needed more work on my car (but crossing fingers I don't!). read more

I had work done with Casey's before and they did a phenomenal job on my car, so when my son got into an accident i chose Casey's without hesitation. My experience this time would prove to be vastly different. Mark assessed my son's car he never introduced himself or offered any other pleasantries. He never inquired about the accident as to how it happened or if everyone was ok. After his assessment he told me it was take weeks for the parts to come in and show very little interest in repairing my son's car. I was disappointed to say the least. I told my son we would not be using Casey's to fix the repairs. I went next door to Crash Champions my experience with Matt was literally like night and day in contrast to Casey's. We are scheduled for repairs on Wednesday December 21st. Know your worth and value people! Its the little things. Every time I need help you exceed my expectations. Who knew a stupid cone could do so much damage to my beautiful new car. I was heartbroken when I saw the cracks in the paint meaning my perfect new car would need a new bumper skin and being a specialty new factory color I was convinced a repaint would not match. Good things come to those who wait. Mark was honest with me, they're busy and my car being drivable meant ordering parts and scheduling for their next available appointment. Well worth the wait, I couldn't believe they matched the color perfectly!!! My car looks like the day I bought it. Perfect!! There's more. A few days after pick up I noticed part of my bumper sticking out, I popped it back in and it would pop back out after driving. Brought it by to show Mark, he immediately brought it back to his guys, they said a bracket replacement is needed, don't worry, we will order a new part and when it comes in we will call you. A few days later Katelyn calls me to schedule it back in the following business day, not days or weeks, they're busy yet wanted to get me back in to make it perfect ASAP. In the meantime I had a service done on my care before bringing in back in and the dealers trees got sap all over the hood of my car, globs of sap and the dealer said they didn't have time to deal with it. When I came in to get the bracket replaced I asked John what they recommended to remove the sap safely, he said he'd have his guys see what they could do while they worked on the bracket. Again, I get my car back PERFECT!! Parts replaced and they got the tree sap globs off my hood, no charge!! Really, who does this? Casey's Auto Body, that's who. Over the years I've brought my vehicles by for little repairs, every time has been inexpensive to free of charge. Honest feedback on what's really needed and what to do for the lowest cost. Combo that with matching a paint color I figured was impossible they have definitely earned my business and respect. True colors, pun intended, come out the more you work with someone. I have been at this place 5 times for them to fix my car correctly and they can't seem to do their job right. The owner Mark Casey will discriminate against females. I have video proof of him yelling and pointing his finger in my face. These guys did excellent work. When a piece fell off (**) of our brand new car, they were great to work with and honestly I think the price was quite reasonable. The process was pretty painless, too: they ordered the part, painted it, realized that more pieces were needed, got those within a couple of days, and then the actual part was installed in around 20 minutes once all the pieces showed up. Considering it's a 2011 model car and not in any of the databases yet, that was pretty well done.
