You order at the counter and get a buzzer then get your food from the counter when it's ready. There is ample outdoor seating and they are dog friendly which is always a plus! They often have live music outside on weekends as well. If you go on a weekend morning they have cinnamon rolls the size of your head and they are so lightweight and airy and delicious!!! The smash burger is a hit and the fries are to die for. The brisket mac and cheese is a must! such a good side to share. The mocktails and iced tea are so yummy. The Caesar salad was underwhelming and needed more dressing but does come with lots of chicken- this is an item I'd skip on the menu next time. We've gotten pizzas previously which are also good! A woman (didn't say her name) that identified as the manager claimed that this was the fault of Papa Murphy's in not putting sauce on the 3 pizzas I had ordered. She indicated that they would normally replace my order and/or give me a refund but said that the new owner would have to address this. She said that that individual would get back to me very soon. She did not ask for an order number but she took my phone number and said the new owner would contact me to make this right. Since, the owner never attempted to reach out, I contacted Papa Murphy's corporate that also claimed that the owner would refund my order and contact me (personally an apology is in order for wasting our time and money).
