I found Casey a couple weeks ago, just looking to see who does Brakes outside of dealer, and his name immediately popped up, so I was reading some of his great reviews and decided to give him a call. He answered right away, very pleasant, so We had a conversation about my needing front brakes and he was educating me on how I needed brakes And rotors. Fast forward, this morning (Saturday) I finally had the time and $ to get them done, so I called him and reminded him of our last conversation and then said "I need brakes today", honestly being a Saturday I was thinking he is not gonna be able to fit me in, but sure enough he did. He said he'd be here this afternoon... he called me an hour before he was gonna show up and it was perfect. He got here right on time and just so pleasant. Aunt knows his business. Does it well and quick and clean it almost was like he wasn't even here, but I am so excited about the job he did now I know I can feel safer driving. he showed up did his thing showed me my brakes and my rotors (he was absolutely right, I did need the rotors) the old and the new and him performing the job was just so seamless, like as if he wasn't even here. So I'll say to everyone running across my post and other great reviews, that kid you not, I am such a picky kind of person for whatever reason and he did a wonderful job and I'm 100% satisfied . Casey came to our driveway and serviced two cars today: 2019 Subaru Ascent - the Subaru dealer said the car needed new rear pads and rotors "resurfaced" - estimate $645 ($420 labor and $225 parts). Casey replaced the rear pads for $180. 2018 Kia Stinger - Kia dealer said the front pads were low and brakes vibrating. Gave me an estimate of $2,500 (Front only!). This time, I purchased new ceramic pads and drilled & slotted rotors from the Stinger store for around $800, and Casey installed the new rotors and pads for $360 ($180 per axle). Now I have new rotors and pads for less than $1200 installed on all four wheels. Note that with customer supplied parts, Casey does not give a warranty like when he supplies the parts. I wish I could give a good review because people that work in this industry work hard . So this pains but have to be honest. Came to fix my brakes . I had all the parts . He gave me a quote over the phone the realized it had a brake sensor and up charged 75 dollars. What cars don't have brake sensors these days. I didn't have a choice so I said go ahead. It took him 2-3 hours . When he said he was finished I went down and paid him and then got in the car and drove it and it wasn't working . I had to get my 5 year old from school in 20 minutes to . He tried doing some stuff with the computer and then said he had to pick up his grandson. I said so do I sir . He said he would come back and I was mortified. Panicking . So I could only drive 20 mph because my car said brake failure . I drove to 3 other spots w brakes smoking . I then called him and begged him to come back . He couldn't so he sent me somewhere else to get it fixed at 9pm at night . Luckily my wife found someone to get my kid . I do not recommend . I still have this warning in my car from that day. Casey went above and beyond any mechanic I've ever had!! He came to my house picked up the key so I didn't have to walk there and walk back home. I got to work on time the same day so my brake line was fixed and still a couple hundred dollars less than Midas.
