NEVER I mean EVER go there. Let's talk CUSTOMER SERVICE : I arrived and as soon as I got there there was the "Manager" sitting down first thing I said was Hello as any walk in client would say and he responded back in a horrible mood. Then walked in I believe one of the mechanics or lead mechanics and he attended me. And told me to please wait in the waiting area which by the way there was two other people who mentioned they were there since 8am mind you I got there at 11 pm. Service Experience: I waited very long there was other people who were frustrated as well. My mom then noticed that they lifted my car mind you I came in for a Wheel change since I kept getting a flat ! So I thought maybe they know what they're doing since they're the experts (very naive of me ) . Finally they say my car is ready and As I'm driving I notice there's a scratch on my rear view mirror I call the place to let them know and the "Manager" answers when he realizes what the situation is about he puts me on hold then the call just drops . I call back and he answers very upset and defensive and his response is " OK MAM ! I spoke to the mechanic and he says he never lifted your vehicle and there's no way he could have scratched it . I tell Him well you guys have cameras and he says " WE DONT HAVE CAMERAS" so it's your word against the mechanics so I proceed to tell him I'd report it to Enterprise which is who sent me there and he said " Go ahead you can tell them but if they call and ask I'll just deny it " . Never have I experienced such a shitty customer service experience let alone damage to my car with a company like this !!!!! Great Customer Service! Went in for some new tires on my company vehicle and was assisted by the General Manager, he was very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. He took his time and explained all the options and benefits of each model. The location was full but he made sure I was in & out within two hours, this guy was great! Only problem I seen, the waiting room could use a bit more cleaning and a remodel but the excellent customer service trumped the small issues. Stay away. It is sad but as a woman I have to get at least 3 quotes from different places otherwise places such as these will attempt to charge me for brakes as if I have a luxury new car, which I don't. I went elsewhere and they found that brakes and rotors were not even needed and if needed, the most they would have charged me is about $700-$800 for all brakes and rotors, as opposed to here, were they were attempting to charge me $1,700. I came in because my back passenger tire had another flat. I recently had the EXACT same tire replaced (under their warranty at $89) in July of this year - just 4 months ago. This time my tire had NO punctures, but looked ready to pop - mind you, I still have lots of threading. Since there were no punctures and it had just been 4 months, I strongly believe the tire they gave me back in July was DEFECTIVE. Rafael updated me and tried to inform me that I had a different tire replaced in July & that my back tire has a date of 2016 on it. Claiming that there's almost no threading, which I know is NOT true as I had previously had the tire examined. It's essentially him offering to show me my own tire again. Rafael just keeps claiming he sees everything on file, and chops this up to a "misunderstanding," encouraging me to go talk to his manager later in the week. Rafael was SO UNHELPFUL. ALSO, makes NO sense because I had only been coming to Firestone here since maybe 2018-2019. Now they want to sell me a new brand tire for $189. Sounds to me they sold me a defective tired that did not want to offer a warranty on. Lastly, the next day I drive to work and my battery is DEAD!!!!! Car will not turn on. I'm driving a 2015 Lexus which I have always taken good care of. I NEVER leave my lights on, etc. I always check twice, that's just how I am. Seems to be this is super Strange timing huh. I find it hard to believe they staff at Firestone did NOT mess with my car because I asked for them to not service my vehicle this past weekend. I'd rather take my car to a place that I trust. Firestone saved the day (and last minute) when we got a flat tire leaving East Los! The potholes are real on those streets! We had pulled into a little paisa shop and they wanted $300 for a tire that wasn't even comparable to the shoes our truck wears! We ended up driving on the flat to firestone out in Huntington Park and they were able to get us a brand new tire (the correct one) and back on the road within an hour. We super appreciate them because it was super imperative we had a reliable tire for our 400+ mile journey home the next day. Thanks Firestone for saving the day and making us safe! read more

And after they were done they forgot to reset the check engine, they charge more money to reset the check engine light. Terrible service. The place is not clean, they had flies everywhere! I always get good service and I think the guys are very knowledgable but the wait time is always very long. It took about 5 hours for brake repair and about 90 minutes for an oil change. Both times I've gone first thing in the morning when they opened at 8:00am but the wait seemed to be very long. I live around the corner and can walk home but if I had to wait inside the entire time I'd be a little irritated. The prices for oil change are a bit high, I payed $37 for my 4Runner with high mileage oil (this was with a 25% off coupon). But the price for breaks was less than $300 which was comparable to a local mom and pop shop that I've been to. This is conveniently located and they always offer and accept coupons. Do a price comparison to make sure you're getting the best deal. read more

I brought my vehicle for an alignment, not an alignment "Check." The vehicle was not aligned at all. I circle the adjustments that should have been done, but clearly you can see that the vehicle was left the same. My left rear toe and left rear camber are out of adjustments. Just because its green doesn't mean there's no room for adjustments. There is clearly a thrust angle present on my rear toe which should have been at 0.00 if the technician had made the correct adjustment on my rear toe. Now i have to drive to a different Firestone and have them actually do my alignment which i had purchased a lifetime alignment for my vehicle. The other negative thing about this is that i drop my vehicle off at 1:30pm and to have it been done until 6:30pm just for an Alignment Check is really disappointing. Dear Firestone of Hunting Park, i am very disappointed in your service. Dear corporate Firestone, if you like to make up for my lost time please credit me a full synthetic oil change for my car. I would never recommend this place to anyone, you'd imagine that the service would be nice,clean,and relatively fast (depending on what you came in for). Well I came in for a tire balance 8/25/20 at 12:25p.m. with no appointment due to the fact I thought it would be really fast so as I was discussing the price with the rep I asked roughly how long the wait would be, he answered, "30 minutes " I was surprised on how long that was, so I asked again, "thirty minutes?", he then changed his response to, "half an hour". I waited I could not believe that a tire balance would ever take three hours to do! I ended up leaving the location at 4 when the paper/receipt said I would receive my truck at 3. I went to this business because it is walking distance from my job. My van was making screaming noises. I thought it was a belt but I was told it was a front assembly. They wanted to charge me $250 including labor to fix it. The part was supposed to be $188. 1st...It was a ac pulley. That part was $47.00. My friend put it in so I have no idea what labor woudl have been. 2nd...If it was what was diagnosed, I found the part for $37.50 online. Clearly, because I am a woman they thought they could rip me off. I am sure that if I had allowed them to "fix" my van and I would have returned they would have continued to give me new suggested repairs. it is a shame that these people are dragging what used to be a good name into the dirt. We go to ask if an alignment can be done today 8/04 like at noon and there was a girl and guy at the desk. My boyfriend is standing there waiting to be helped and he was never acknowledged. He was in there for a good 5 minutes and they never bothered to ask what he needed or to tell him hi we will be right with you, nothing. He comes to the car and I tell him to ask for the manager. He goes back and he has to wait for the girl to get off the phone. Finally he asks her for the manager. She says sure I'll go call Josh. She goes to the car area and is having a conversation with Josh and they are laughing clearly at him. I saw it from the car and he heard it from inside.
