The new waiting space is amazing, my only gripe is the WiFi isn't great. I brought my laptop to pass the time. Why have an amazing work space when I can't even get work done while I have my car is serviced. I walked the whole floor space checking speeds and was only getting 1 MB download speed on a Friday (not busy, less than 10 customers waiting) Web pages barely load. It's hopefully it's just a setting their network guys have to change. Give us at least 10mb! For reference, most home networks are around 30mbps. Service wise the staff is friendly and helpful, prices for service are usually reasonable (be sure to have google out to verify prices & the urgency of their service suggestions) For example I found their price to replace headlights and oil change reasonable but cabin filter change and windshield wipers a little much (and easily done by the owner but I get it that you're paying for labor). TLDR: I'd recommend getting your Honda serviced here. And if you can't tell, instead of working on my laptop I'm spending my wait time to complain about the WiFi lol. (My Verizon hotspot is also have a tough time in the building)

I then started to look for shops to take my car in for a "rebuild" and I came across them and they were very friendly over yelp messaging. I was also posting in MB forums for possible help and thoughts because I was stressing so much over my car and what you know. Eru who works at MSB reached out to me on fb and offered to diagnose my car for free. Mind you he didn't know I reached out to the shop prior. I called the number he gave me and what a coincidence it was MSB it was like a sign from god to go to them and it was. Eru diagnosed my car and he was 100% right on his suspicion. To sum it up, he saved me over 8-14k. I was helped by Shawn and he checked my car and told me I only needed to change my rear brakes only so that made me already trust him bc he wasn't trying to upsale and get me to pay for the front ones when they weren't needed. He also told me that one of my rear rotors needed to be replaced and I knew that was already going to be the case since that was my reason for calling (I was hearing a screeching noise every time I pressed on my brake) and unfortunately if I replace 1 rear rotor, I would need to replace the other. Shawn was able to get the parts for me the same day and both the brakes and rotors were OEM for mercedes. He charged me the original price for all the parts and then added a fair price for the labor. I needed to go back home, and Shawn was nice enough to drive me home (I live about 5 min away) After about 3 hours, my car was ready. When I went back, I was helped by Eddie and he was also very nice! He explained what was done on my car, showed me my old brake pads and rotors and explained how I can keep an eye on it in the future. My car is also due for B service soon and he said they can complete that for $275 when it's time. This is amazing since it's over $900 at the dealership! I will be recommending MSB to all my family that drive mercedes! Mike, Shawn, and Eddie provided amazing customer service with unbeatable prices!

It would go out intermittently and not blow cold air. The owner told me that it was a "simple relay issue" and presented my car back to me with it blowing ice cold air. He told me to keep the AC always on for the first couple of weeks just to help the airflow. Since that time, I continued to have issues where the AC would still go out and stop working. I also inherited more issues: cold vapor of air flowing through the vents even when AC is not turned on. White flakes sometimes came through, as if it was snowing in my car. Unfortunately, I did not have money to keep taking it back to get fixed, so I deal with it. Fast forward to 2026, I take my car to Seiko's auto shop in Monrovia to finally address the AC issue before another summer season hits. To my surprise, they let me know that the previous shop I took my car to (SWIFTGIRL AC AUTO) has completely jerryrigged the wiring. They had my AC compressor set to always be turned on even when it's not actually on (now the owner's "airflow" instruction makes sense!... load of BS!!) The temperature of the AC was reading as 15 degrees when normally should be at 40 degrees. This explains the cold vapor of air and snowflakes. It was so cold that it made an ice block in my car and prevented airflow from coming through. I had to pay thousands to get this problem diagnosed, re-do ALL the wiring that Swiftgirl messed up, and then pay more to finally get to the bottom of the original cause of the AC problem. DO NOT trust this shop!!!! If you don't know much about cars, they will not be the ones to do honest work! THEY WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU. They will purposely mess up your car and give you a temporary fix to make it seem like it's working just to take your money. Shame on this business and everyone associated with it. Anyone who has recently gotten their AC fixed by Swiftgirl, I HIGHLY recommend to take it somewhere else and double check your wiring before you end up with a bigger problem like I did.
