The shopping center's parking lot is rough. I wouldn't usually mention it but it makes a difference. You need to be mindful that you don't damage your car. The store is a bit small. They have a few elevated tables and a few booths in the dining room, but there isn't much of an area in which to stand out of the way. The tables seemed cleared but I don't think that they had been actually cleaned for hours. The staff was friendly and they made the pizza correctly, and it came out in a reasonable time--10 to 15 minutes. They had at least two delivery drivers, which makes sense since it was Saturday evening. After I started to eat, most tables were full. It seems as though they never decided to move to a bigger location and it must somehow work out.

We come back home to get some recently, first night everything was good. The assistant manager was outstanding. Everything was to our expectation and then we go back four days later my order is not exactly what I wanted. All I wanted was some vegetables to add to it chopped finally like they use as their signature style...instead it had to return my entire order and it wouldn't allow me to just pay for the vegetables and I can put them on myself. He said it's a health hazard which I understand to a degree ; so I simply said well just keep the pizza put that on cook it and give it back to me. No, I have to return the entire pizza. Throw it out. Make you a new one and I'm thinking clearly you don't have the ability to think for yourself, we have a solution agreed-upon, but you want to do it this way and you stand losing the entire Cell I just kept the pizza. My wife was disappointed and I was perplexed when she asked me why I was flustered? And I told her I'm not sure how to tell you the story. I don't even know where to begin the manager was a man playing woman... and that sums it up. If I live there still, I don't think I'd be going to that Cassanos anymore.

This demonstrates that this business deeply cares about their service and quality. Especially because nobody had even made a comment about the wait time.
