I'm fairly new to the area and originally from South Philly. I know a good quality pizza when I taste it. I was looking for a solid and tasty Italian pizza in the area. I decided to try Cousin Vinny's since it def sounds Italian. I'm so glad I did! This was one of the best pizzas I've ever had! Everything tastes super fresh and was right on the money for a quality Italian pizza. The crust was incredible! The sauce was not too sweet, salty or bitter. It had the perfect consistency. The pie was cooked to perfection. I got pepperoni on mine and it was a little greasy, but that's to be expected with pepperoni. Pepperoni was cooked perfectly! Well I'm a third shift worker so food around here is slim pickings, so i figured I would give this place a try before I was gonna place an order online. I figured I would just called the store and check and was told they were close and then got hung up on. Online says they stop taking orders at 3:30am. The phone call I placed was at 2:40am. Absolutely the worst. Got a pickup order a month ago. Got home and they forgot the cheese on the pizza. Called the manager and was given a credit. Somehow they can't find it now. We ordered delivery this past weekend and it was wonderful. They let us know they were very busy so it would be a longer wait time which we were fine with. I was happy they were honest and let us know of the wait time. We ordered a pizza, bread sticks with nacho cheese sauce and drinks in the collectable cups! The food arrived fresh and hot. Placed an order of 8 pizzas to feed essential workers starting an early morning shift. Order was taken with understanding of credit card info needed at call back. Less then 2 minutes later, credit card in hand, no answer for 30 continuous minutes of calling????????????? We are a shipping company working unbelievable hours this holiday/covid season to provide millions of people essential supplies as well as Christmas gifts. My family are all staying in a hotel in town for a wedding and they were interested in ordering some late night food after the reception. Cousin Vinny's came recommended so the family ordered several pizzas for the group. I wasn't going to have any but when it arrived it smelled so amazing I had a bite of my wife's slice... then got a slice of my own. Then two slices a bread stick, and a cinnamon stick. I don't know how I lived in Dayton for 10 years and never even heard of Cousin Vinny's. Then one friend of mine a few months ago raved about the famous "Cream and Crimson" pizza, with its roasted red-skinned potatoes and bacon, and I knew I had to try it. To our joy, we found out there was a location nearby that delivered to our house, and we decided it was time to place an order. We ordered the Cream and Crimson as well as the Veggie Revival, which has fresh tomatoes, artichoke hearts, spinach, feta, and roasted garlic. And the kids insisted on trying the breadsticks. Suffice it to say, the pizza was delicious. The Veggie Revival had great, fresh flavor, and the Cream and Crimson was sinful. The crust was just the right hand-tossed thickness, and I love that although it wasn't a thin crust, it didn't feel overwhelmed with bread, which I like less and less with my pizza nowadays. The breadsticks, with a liberal coating of powdered parmesan, didn't appeal to me however. I took a bite and passed on those. But that's a minor offense. You judge a pizza place for their pizza. For whatever reason, the Cream and Crimson isn't shown on their website, but if you ask for it, they can make it. We'll definitely be ordering from these guys more regularly. read more

Walked in. Good attentive counter service. I ordered the wings. Came out in 15 minutes hot and spices were good. However the wings could have been cooked longer to crisp them up. Tried to call to order a pizza but they have an obnoxious message when you call that talks forever in tone typically used to speak to a toddler or puppy, then when you try to use the code to talk to someone it doesn't work and takes you back to the beginning of the message. They missed my order and he said I had to call zupler their third party company to get my money back. I call zupler and guess what!!! The store has to refund me! I call the store back and a guy answers I explain the situation and he is apologetic and says the manager is new and has no idea what he is doing and that I will be refunded! Are you kidding me! cousin vinnys in west carrolton is not an accurate display of cousin vinnys pizza. I really enjoy the middletown location and their employees, but the west carrolton location is horrible. I was lied to by an employee and disrespected by their managers todd and doug. I was treated as if my business didnt matter to them.
