This was my first experience at Marco's Pizza and it could not have gone better. Sawyer and a guy making the pizzas both greeted me and welcomed to me to Marco's. Sawyer chatted with me and told me all about Marco's as it was my first time there. She went above and beyond to make my experience amazing and you can tell that she truly loves her job! I got a garlic butter sauce, but the pizza was so good. I didn't even need to dip it in the sauce. And it's enough pizza to feed me for a week, which is always a plus! Marco's has become our go to place for pizza. Have ordered from them several times and have only good experiences. Pizza seems to be larger than most and at a better price. They offer many special deals including 2 for 1 pies on Tuesday. The ingredients are very good and the crust is fresh. Another specialty is old world sausage and pepperoni, both good choices if you like things spicy. I believe they do their own deliveries and they are very quick. I have not been inside the restaurant so I can't speak to that. read more

First, let me say that I love Marcos Pizza. It's one of my favorite pizzas in this area. That said, I tried to use a coupon today that my wife bought. It's good for fifty percent off. Nowhere on the card does it state that it's good for in-store use only. Kim, the general manager, refused to let me order the pizza bc she couldn't see the card, nor does she trust her delivery drivers to verify it. Sorry Kim, you lost my business. I love Marco's Pizza, but stay away from the Grub Hub delivery service. Last night (for the first time) I decided to try an online order. I will never do that again. I don't know why I did this since they have a perfectly good delivery service themselves. Food came I guess when it was suppose to, but the delivery person NEVER RANG MY DOOR BELL OR TEXTED TO LET ME KNOW IT WAS DELVIERED. I called Marco's to see when it would be delivered since two hours had already past. I lost track of the time because we were wrapped up in a good movie. While I was on the phone, my wife checked the front door and found it laying siting by the door (it was raining last night). So, I have nothing but good things to say about Marco's.... The pizza is good but not worth it due to poor service and bad management. We ordered from this restaurant for several months with several mistakes being made. However, it wasn't the mistakes but how management chose not to fix any of them that was the issue. On two occasions the delivery order was incorrect. On both those occasions, management indicated they would fix it, if, and only if, we drove to the restaurant to pick up the correct order. (The order was a delivery order). On the third and last occasion, the restaurant did not make a pick up pick up order that we made. When we told management we could not wait 20 minutes at the restaurant for the order, management refused to fix it and actually insulted me and my wife. Three strikes your out and certainly more than enough in this case. Order at your own risk, literally. read more

This is the worst pizza place ever! Do not go here! I ordered a pizza to be thick with pepperoni and mushroom and I picked up the pizza. When I got home I noticed it was think and only mushroom. I called them immediately and they said oh no problem I will put you in the computer so that n txt time we will make it right. Well I called back a few days later to get my "right pizza" and the manager said no we already remade your pizza and there is nothing. Not sure what happened during the drive to our house, but all the toppings and cheese had slid off the pizza and I was left with a saucey pizza crust. Pretty decent for the price. Sponcered a school fundraiser giving 5% of all sales to my daughter's elementary school, So I given them a try. Order a pizza and breadsticks online and pick up in the store upon arrival my pizza was already ready and waiting for me approximately 15 minute. The pizza was pretty tasty and filling as it is heavy on the dough. Crust was nice and the chease bread sticks had a nice garlic flavor. All in all my only complaint is it might be a little to buttery in taste I would buy again, my pickie eater ate it so no complaints read more

This was my absolute favorite pizza place to go to until yesterday. Jessi the manager is so sweet and kind. The owner Mike is so disrespectful, argumentative, blames the customer and everyone else. I was in absolute tears after talking to him and so very disappointed. Granted, I may have made the original mistake, but what followed and how it was handled was so much worse. I do not think we will ever order from this Marcos again. I cannot support an owner who treats people so badly. I would give zero stars if I could. Also, it seems the Corporate Offices could care less about the issue or how this was handled. April was supposed to call me back and has yet to do so. read more
