Mehhhh tried to return, but what a bummer. Got charged a mandatory $10 cover per person, even for coming in for dinner... I paid my $10, then spent 15 minutes trying unsuccessfully to flag down anyone to put in an order. So let me share the experience. It started with the waitress making a comment about beer choice... someone ordering Guinness in an Irish pub I guess is ridiculous. The wings were not cooked fully, but we couldn't tell anybody because the waitress would never come back to assist us. We had to flag her down to get another drink. When he finally got up to tell them, he was mocked for it but they did remove them from our bill. so thank you for that! The bartender had told my boyfriend that he couldn't cut it as a bartender there on a previous visit... Little did he know my boyfriend is a professional bartender trainer, and had been in the top three of the national bartending Olympics. Yes it actually exist. Oh and because of his bartending and food service experience, he knows food safety so arguing with him about raw chicken wings was entertaining. read more

Winner winner! Come for dinner! We've been here four times and they are consistently top notch. It's a perfect realization of a "pub" - public house. It's cozy and welcoming, lighting is on the lower side. Got a big, comfortable bar, dining area with high or low tops or booths. Part of it is set well away from the bar if you're with the little ones. Add a pool table, a reasonable amount of TVs, friendly folks and cheerful, attentive bartenders and waiters/waitresses, what more do you need? Oh, the food! To date have had BLT, homemade soup, ribs, Philly Cheese toasted sub, pretzel bites, and the fabulous fish and chips. Everything is way above average, even the fries and coleslaw are worth a mention. They actually have more than one brand of Malt Vinegar to dress your fish and chips. The BLT, which is one of my casual dining litmus tests, was superb. Cut in quarters, perfectly toasted bread & the bacon doneness exactly right. The ribs so tender and sliding off the bone with a sauce that does not overwhelm. There's Red Pepper Relish included on some items - or you can get a small side for 75 cents. I added this to my Philly cheese, boom! If you like to spice things up, don't miss this. We are visiting and our hotel receptionist advised this was open late for a drink and food, so we stopped in. Our server Leila was young and did not know of any specials nor the prices of drinks - she said she was not old enough to pour drinks so she wasn't sure of much. We grabbed a whiskey sour and a coors light - the whiskey sour was literally ice. We ordered potato skins, onion straws, as well as a philly to go. Leila advised us the philly came with chips but once we got back to our room, their were none. I'm sure it's a local hot spot but it's not impressive at all. read more

I didn't come in here expecting too much but was pleasantly surprised. Wings were good although they could have been hotter given it was their hottest sauce. I'd call it a solid medium heat level but very good. Place was comfortable and we will be back! Waitress was also the bar tender but she did a great job. Service was crazy SLOW! They were fairly busy, with a good crowd at the bar and a few tables occupied, but it was way too much for the SINGLE PERSON they had behind the bar AND waiting tables. Eventually, someone came out from the back a couple of times, but I don't think it really did much to lighten the load of the woman who was doing all the other front of house work. being from Philly, I was leery of trying the Texas Philly...melt, I think it was. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't great, either. I always enjoy getting Texas toast with my meal, but this really didn't stand out. My husband said the fish and chips were "nothing to write home about". He can't even remember whether they came with steak fries or regular french fries, and they only had a tiny splash of malt vinegar left for them. Really curious to know whether that poster for a pickle pizza was an April fools joke that was still hanging around, or not. Nice enough atmosphere for what it was, a pretty cozy place to chill, if you like the food. read more

We love to eat here but boy can 1 bad server ruin it for you. I ordered a sandwich and it wasn't made correctly despite repeating my order at least 3 times (because I was questioning if the server was listening/understanding). I told her I was sorry but I couldn't eat it and would need it remade. She took it back and they dI'd a crappy job of scraping the ingredients off. You could still taste them. I couldn't even swallow the bite I took. I told the server, no apology and she didn't even offer to remake it or for me to order something else. i was so disappointed. read more

I have eaten here several times and after trying a handful of the menu items , I was most impressed with the breaded tenderloin. While it appears to be a prebreaded product , it is one of the better quality I have experienced. What really sets this sandwich apart is the bun ! It is Texas big... very soft and light , not heavy and over filling. The onion straws are also among the best. My trick for added flavor on the tenderloin is using the southwest sauce from the onion straws on my sandwich. read more

I really enjoyed the exterior of the building and the graphic on their sign. The inside of the bar has a very musty smell to it. Two gentlemen walked in and left because of it. Almost all of the light bulbs are burnt out over their booths. There was a huge cobweb connecting wall furnishings at our booth. This area of the bar seems neglected. The bartender was a pretty nice guy. There was a waitress hanging at the bar that seems miserable. Their burgers were good. It was pretty empty though. read more

Probably the worst cheeseburger I've ever had. The patty was uneven, the thicker part was undercooked. The bun was soggy. They use shredded lettuce and shredded cheddar cheese on their burgers, which I'm not a fan of. My burger was served with a half handful of bottom of the bag potato chips. And the spinach dip is disgusting. read more
