Yesterday had the buffet and something was off about the Pizza. Went to pay and told the server to enter our phone number for credit toward our loyalty account and was told they don't do that and had never heard of doing that. I informed her nicely that Tori always did it for me and she said Tori was no long with Pizza Hut. I ask if she had quit and the reply was "You could say something like that". BINGO! That's why our last two meals were way below par. Tori was the one who knew how to make the food. Guess it's Bubba's Pizza for us from now on. This is now just the normal Pizza Hut and nothing special anymore.

Our server, Ashley, was friendly, engaging and super attentive. She kept waters filled and checked on us several times. She even offered to prepare beverages to go and told us the story of our sandwich origin. We had 5 star service. The menu offers a mix of pizzas, Strombolis, sandwiches, salads and pasta dishes. They have a full bar offering basics. The Hot Italian Stromboli, served warm, was deliciously spicy and packed with ham, salami, pepperoni, onions, olives, cheese and peppers. The toasted bread was nice and crunchy. My husband and I split the 16" sandwich and they kindly served it to us on separate plates. There's plenty of parking in their private lot. Since that visit, we've tried both the penne pasta and chicken, the chicken Parmesan, the Spabby pizza, and their meatball subs.
