We got several quotes and visited with multiple vendors. After much consideration, we decided to go with Waterside. Communication is extremely important to us - and we wanted to be a part of each step. Jackson kept us in the loop as the process progressed. The service that we received was excellent and timely. The project was completed in the amount of time they stated that it would be. To attest to the integrity of Waterside, during the process, our neighbor sustained a minor sprinkler damage and Waterside fixed the damage quickly without any issues. When we ran into an issue with the hot tub, a year after being installed, I contacted Jackson and he personally came out to check on it, found the problem, and fixed it - again with no issues or having to go back and forth about whose fault it was. Our backyard is now a beautiful oasis. The pool and hot tub have been a blessing to us - it has provided a place for my family to relax and spend time together. We highly recommend that if you are considering putting in a pool you use Waterside Poolscapes! Thanks again to Mike and Jackson for making our dream pool come to life!

I hadn't even…read morehit up Waterside on the issue with the landscape irrigation system damage mentioned below, but they hit me up to ask and are compensating for the loss (voluntary, i didn't even ask!). As I'd said below, even with the 1 relatively speaking minor issue, I was still going back to them for any future work. As I said below: I can't even imagine contacting anyone else for my pool system/pool needs. Really exceptional company here. Update: Unfortunately, I do need to knock a couple of stars off. The installation, and equipment used is still WONDERFUL, and done very well, however I have found out that in 3 different places the work they did damaged my installed lawn sprinkler system piping. Worse, this wasn't something they could possibly have not known about as the water supply isolation valve was closed. I've now had to pay for a 2nd job (with someone else) to do all the repairs, and will have to pay for sections of my sodding that have died out as a result of not getting water during this recent dry period (is how i found out there was a problem with the sprinkler system.) I still will use Waterside in the future as their work on the system they were contracted for was still great, but In the future I will follow up and check out other home systems that are anywhere near the location they work in. After this experience, I can't even imagine considering another contractor. My entire pool control system burnt up in a fire. Everything needing replacing, the pipework, valves, pumps, control system, filter, heater.. everything. They scheduled fast (next day). Jeff showed up, did a great assessment, discussed options, and totally worked with my budget. David and his plumber crew, electrician crew, and fence repair crew.. Fast scheduling, kept to schedules, and the work is so professionally done (much more so than the original installers). their selection of equipment was great (went Pentair instead of my previous Hayward system, and I never want to go Hayward again either now). The electrical crew is really where they shined. Very professional cable conduit/cable runs, J-box installation, and cable routing. The concrete pad they poured for the pumps and filter, and 2nd pad for the heater was likewise done fast, and professionally, and just how I'd asked. Will be a return customer for any contractor needs that they cover.

We contracted Billy to remodel our pool and in every aspect he was over the top difficult,…read moredishonest, problematic, and belligerent taking no responsibility for his substandard work. No matter what you say to this guy, he comes back with a horrible attitude complete with excuses that all lead to absolutely no accountability and why he is a victim. The scope of work was completely re-plaster the pool and install all new plumbing, tile, autofill system, and new equipment. The equipment was communicated to be the latest Pentair technology which at the time was the IntelliCenter system. I was gone out of the country for work and had my adopted son Josh function as oversight who had pictures of the same Pentair system we wanted that I had installed at my other house in Florida. Those pics where shown to Billy. When I returned home from Asia, I discovered that Billy installed the old obsolete ScreenLogic Pentair system at a cost to me that was more than the newer IntelliCenter system I just installed in Florida. He then played dumb saying that Josh knew what he was installing. In reality he was pulling fast one on us by charging me for the newest technology but sneaking in the old obsolete equipment because he could save himself money at my expense. Because I was gone I had to let this go but we definitely had heartburn over this because I got burned thinking I was buying the latest new equipment when in reality Billy switched it to the old stuff because I was gone. Also, the pump was a 2HP pump which Billy specified. However, I was very clear that I wanted the 3 HP pump so I could run by skimmers and pool sweeper at the same time with greater flow. Billy has a really bad temper and as soon as we called him out for putting in this old dated equipment he changed to a sarcastic tone and walked out with a dishonest smirk smile. The plaster, tile, and plumbing was all under the contract with Billy. Little did I know that the obsolete equipment Billy installed was just going to be the tip of the iceburg. Over the course of months the pool leaks started to materialize everywhere. Documented by a professional leak detection company there were 7 leaks in total. Both skimmers were bad, the pool and spa lights were bad, the spa and pool had jet leaks, and the autofill leaked. All these leaks were under the travertine deck. In fact, the whole travertine deck was besieged by water and the pool was losing 3 inches a day. Because water had to be added daily we could not keep chemicals from being diluted and the plaster job started to get heavily stained with algae and rust. Clearly the job was substandard and according to Billy, not his problem. His attitude was horrible and sarcastic. He was mad for being put in check over the obsolete equipment he installed like somehow he was the victim. Billy was told about all the leak problems but his temper and bad attitude controlled all his bad logic and he did nothing but smile as if he was happy there were problems. After digging up my travertine with my son, we discovered that the PVC plumbing was not even glued. So much for pressure testing and job quality. Billy came by one day not knowing that the actual owner was the guy digging up his own backyard. Billy was looking to somehow become the pool cleaning company. This is how unreasonable Billy is. To actually think he could get that monthly contract after all the above he did and did not do. Because of his horrible work ethic, Billy also never provided Pentair registration information so I could lock in the 5 year Pentair warranty on the equipment. So I have taken up enough of my valuable time for this review. I can tell you more about Billy and his horrible service and beligerent attitude. Just call me at 281-507-8800. I'll text you pictures and show you the emails and texts from this absolute bad actor. In summary, use him at your own peril people! This is a real bad contractor Dynasty Pool Services are not worth the trouble you will go through. You will ultimately spend more time, money, and headache to clean up Billy's mess. He returned with two very different concepts for our future pool. Once we settled on a preferred design, he was quick to make modifications along the way. Most people complain about how awful and stressful the pool building process can be, but this was NOT our experience at all. The crews worked on schedule and typically stayed later than expected. The schedule that was presented was strictly followed and any deviations were only due to weather and quickly adjusted for. The budget we had set out was adhered to (except where our eyes and hearts got too big on some materials). Occasionally, we have a little hiccup and Leo is extremely responsive and has a crew member out to our house to fix the matter immediately (no matter how big or small - from a loose tile to a burned out light inside the pool).
