This place had amazing reviews and the man who fixed my phone was very nice as well. He was able to fix and replace my screen in about 45 minutes which was nice. I got my phone back and everything seemed fine until about 30 minutes after I left, my phone started glitching out completely with pink and green lines all over the screen, the brightness of the phone not being nearly as bright as before, and the color tones on the screen were completely different as well. I went back and he replaced the screen with a newer and more expensive one at no cost, which I really appreciated. However, once again, some time after, the screen got green and pink lines on it and it was also completely frozen on the lock screen for about 20 hours. I couldn't even power off or use Siri or anything on the phone for some reason. It finally started working again, however it is now very laggy, the color tones and camera quality are much different than the original phone. The green and pink lines on the screen pop up a few times a day for about 30 minutes each time, and there has been 2 other additional times where the entire phone freezes for a few hours and it's completely unusable once again. This is unacceptable that I had to pay about $300 just to receive a botched phone back. I am having to buy a complete new phone now just from getting my screen fixed here. I have never had problems like this when getting my screen fixed in the past. SO JUST STAY AWAY FROM HERE, if you need your screen replaced.

I went into my local stores first--as I always try to do to support local businesses--but they didn't have the model he needed. Staff recommended ordering online through Best Buy, which I did, purchasing a Dell with the required specs for an engineering student. Total cost: approximately $2,500. Within the first year, the computer completely failed three separate times. Each time, it was shipped out for repair. Each time, it came back and failed again. And each time, I was told some version of: "If this happens again, we'll replace it." Well, here we are again. This time, when the same failure occurred, I was suddenly told that we had "run out of time" and replacement was no longer an option. I attempted to escalate. I asked to speak with the manager, Cody--who never showed. I then spoke with Zach and Justin. They were polite, but it was clear they did not have the tools, authority, or training to deal with what is obviously a lemon product. Instead, I was given excuses that directly contradicted what I had been told multiple times before. I won't repeat the excuses here. What matters is this: * Best Buy failed to stand behind the product * Best Buy failed to honor what their own employees repeatedly promised * And when accountability was required, Best Buy disappeared This is exactly how local retail dies--not because of online competition, but because customers lose trust.
