His name is Bill and he is always willing to work with you rather it be a loan, layaway or something you are selling or buying. He is all about customer service. My husband does a lot of business in here. Unlike a lot of the Cash Americas who have lost their sense of customer service this shop is all about customer service. Then I came back with him to get to the bottom of situation and asked to talk to manager. When it's what was happening she told employee to look and coward away she didn't stay to smooth over situation at all and was not professional then they " found it" after I handed my id to them. And let us do payment. How convenient if I would have been like oh well they would of scammed me. I'm sure they have scammed others out if their money, because if we hadn't made payment ring would have been lost and my down payment also. Don't do business with these guys. Last time I ever step foot in this establishment and they take advantage of people because they are biggest lawn shop in area. I warned y'all
