She proceeded to tell me that it would take 10 minutes and it only took about 6 to 7 minutes. I was at the door and on my way! I come here to replace My watch battery very often. The battery replacement warranty is six months but you shouldn't have to replace your battery for a couple years.

The broke part of the glass was now positioned 180' out from where it was. Turns out that he took it apart and apparently dropped the guts and broke the center pin according to a real jeweler. I asked Benny to make it right and pay for it and he declined. May god have mercy on his lying soul. Won't recommend this to a crook because they don't like competition either. The store owner, Chris, was so knowledgeable and welcoming when I called him. He gave me clear directions on how to find his store and that they could easily replace the batteries on 2 watches that we needed fixed. His prices were significantly cheaper than anyone else that quoted me, and the batteries on 2 watches were replaced in 20 minutes (at most). In addition, Chris was so generous and spent extra care to make sure that we were satisfied with the service (even taking an extra few minutes to deep clean our watches, free of charge!). This…read moretime I wrote on the receipt which watches they were for because it seems like we had been replacing a lot of batteries sooner than we expected and I wanted to start keeping track. One of the two quit working after only 1.5 years, so I took it back to get it replaced under warranty. They said it did not have the sticker inside that they mark them with to show when they changed it and they would not warranty it. They said that was for both of our protection, but I knew it was that watch. So I got my husband to open the other watch that had the battery replaced at the same time and behold NO sticker on it either. They install the batteries where you cannot see them, so it looks like a scam. If not why do you not show the sticker then close it where people can see you. Will never go back their again.
