This was on Wed, Feb 14th. I told David that I would return on Wed, Feb 16th. His hours posted were Mon thru Sat 10am to 6pm. So I swung by on Friday and his shop was closed during business hours. I went home and called him. We had exchanged numbers the day I dropped off the gold coin. My call(s) went straight to silence as if they were rejected like spam. WTH? I've tried to call several times and I dropped by several times since then. It looks like he is closed, BUT the inside through the window looks like he is either straightening up inside (it was in total disarray previously) or that he is moving out. ??? Delivery was absolutely perfect, on-time, and pristine---It was the best delivery experience I have ever had. Famous Tate has their own warehouses and delivery personnel---They set up and tested the refrigerator, removed all the "blue protective film", and did a great clean up before departure. The first set of appliance were delivered by a tam that left the tape on, styrofoam in, poor experience overall. Teh second purchase, the deliver company "Premier Installation" provided a different level of service. They would get 10 stars from me. However, Famous Tate ordered an incorrect piece for the oven. Even though they had the appliances for well over a month, no one bothered to confirm that all the correct pieces were there. We have an oven without proper ventilation due to their mistake, it is still unusable and even though I have made several calls, no one has reached back out. It has been weeks now, not days. I have spoken with managers and sales people add left messages more than once. Crickets. This is the reason for the one star rating.

Buyer Beware!!!!! I…read morerecently purchased a new phone with this Cellular Sales location. When I got my bill, I noticed I was charged two $35 activation fees. One at Cellular Sales and one at Verizon. When I called Verizon, they said I only should have been charged the $35 with Verizon. Verizon was great and immediately credited my account back the $35. Recently, my phone started intermittently flashing. I took my phone to this location to replace since I was still in my 30 day warranty period. I was told by the associate who sold me the phone that Cellular Sales couldn't replace my phone. I would have to call Verizon to order a new phone or go to a store called uBreakIFix. The associate at Cellular Sales thought it was a screen problem and said uBreakIfix can fix my screen for free. I drove over to uBreakIFix only to be told by the associate they don't fix screen issues with new phones......... After getting home, VERY frustrated wasting half of my Saturday and still not having a fixed phone or new phone, I noticed that 90 percent of my photos were missing from my gallery. Not sure if it Cellular Sales or uBreakIFix that somehow deleted my photos but all my photos were there earlier in the day. Luckily, I backup but I've had to spend most of my Sunday today, downloading and transferring back to my gallery.......... Lesson learned. Moving forward I'll only go to corporate Verizon locations......

On February 14, 2025, I purchased a watch from Kay Jewelers at Westfield Countryside Mall. Just one month later, it stopped working properly and I returned it for repair. Since then, I've made repeated attempts--both in person and by phone--to get an update. Each time, I've been met with vague responses or no information at all. As of today, September 3 (nearly 6 months later), I was told by a staff member that they "don't know where my watch is" and that the matter is "out of their hands." I've received no documentation, no timeline, and no resolution. I'm extremely frustrated and concerned that my property has been lost without accountability. I urge Kay Jewelers' corporate office to investigate this matter immediately. Customers deserve transparency, timely communication, and respect. If this is how repairs are handled, it raises serious concerns about how customer property is managed across the brand. To escalate this issue, I will be contacting Kay's corporate Customer Relations team at 1-800-527-8029 and submitting a formal complaint via their Customer Care portal.
