It's convenient and you're supporting a local business. Also there was one time when I was traveling and forgot my pick up/refinance date. They even give a grace period after your date. I forget how long but I think it's 30 days. Then I missed that too. When I realized I was freaking out bc there was a family heirloom involved. I called and they were super cool and understanding.
