Liars,...all damn liars..paid my balance at another location, as requested....was asking for max loan,...everyone including Jennifer said I was qualified...for the max loan. Now they all seem to forget what they said and authorized less than half the loan amount. Definitely won't come back after this. read more

The manager here, Katie is the worst. She is zipping around the store and talking fast like she was on Meth or Crack. I had a loan with their "sister company" 7 years ago and she told me I wouldnt be able to loan with them until it was paid off. Went to go pay them off and returned and she said I had another outstanding loan with another "sister company" she told me she called over 10 stores to verify. Mind you these are all separate entities. I contacted my roommates father who is a corporate attorney and advised me that this practice is illegal because I did not consent to her exhanging my financial information, name, social etc to 3rd parties. I called her very calmy and she immeditely got very rude and defensive. All I wanted was her bosses number and she refused to give it to me and she even hung up on me. Funny thing is the call was recorded so she has no idea what shes in for. Cautionary tale: never lose your cool or act unprofessional and throw a tantrum when the heat is turned up and your caught in an illegal practice. You may never know who you are dealing with. I will be escalating this matter to higher management as well as notifying consumer protection agencies. read more

I was scammed by this company in January of 2017 for 2 fraudulent checks, both written as "check 8000" at my financial institution (checking account) electronically. They had my routing and checking number as well as my name and address, etc to make it look legitimate. One check was written on 1/23/17 for $233.26 and the other was written on 1/25/17 for $168.65. I have no idea who this company is and the phone number the bank received ( 1-888-891-6935) does not answer (rings and rings then disconnects). Apparently there are multiple companies that use this same address as I researched. Both checks are fraudulent and my bank would not return the money. The address on the check was Sierra Financial, 1560 Broadway, Denver, CO, 80202 after more researching, i found that the same Sierra Financial has a home address in Canada: 51 Marlboro Avenue,Toronto, M5k 1x5, ON ARIO, CA Please note that this review was NOT written for the Sierra Financial business in Las Vegas. Sorry for the confusion. Please note the addresses of where the Sierra Finacial business was located in my original review above and BE WARY. They will find your checking information and write fraudulent checks that appear legitimate with name, address, routing and checking numbers so check your statements carefully every month!!! read more

The customer service here was excellent. They were nice and friendly. I got denied for a loan because they weren't able to verify my employment which I feel could have been done by calling my employer more then once. Or asking for a better number, since I wasn't actually told what they needed from them or who they needed to speak to. But I also was denied because they said my employees business license was revoked. Which I know cannot be true as we are a multi million dollar company affiliated with one of the most well known health companies in the U.S. And I work there currently! I hope this wasn't a ploy, because I am pregnant and they just didn't want to give me a loan. I truly just feel a little more effort and explanation as to what happened would have went a long way. Guess it just means it was not meant to be but that's my fault this is the second time I've tried to get a loan with them and experienced issues. Have a great day! read more

Rude customer service. If you dont pay on time like a day late they call you and ask you questions in a very rude fashion. The managers have no people skills. Dont come to this place no wonder they are a hole in the wall type of business thats unheard of unless you go online and research.
