This has got to be the easiest payday loan, quick cash business that you can deal with in Las Vegas. I have worked with them for years and they've always been very easy to deal with very easy to apply. I've never had any problems and they're extremely helpful when it comes to any issues that comes up not like any other payday place here in Vegas. I went to this locations "sister company" and had a horrible experience and wrote a bad review, and I was immediately contacted by the district manager and she apologized profusely. She was very warm to me and asked if I could give them another chance and I have to say I was a bit skeptikal at first. She recommended a location closer to my house and the manager, Yohan (I hope Im spelling this right) more than exceeded my expectations. He was calm, professional, and made me feel comfortable. The application process seemed fast and seemless. Im very happy that the district manager actually reads these reviews and reaches out because I was so upset with "the other store," I didnt plan on using this company ever again. For the other two that wrote bad reviews...if you have challenges with your credit and bank account history it will be tough to get a loan...its easier to get approved when you dont need it as bad..take it from me. This place sucks big time. We had proof from our bank that a check had been paid twice, so we couldn't make the pmt, we had to wait 24 to 48 hours until the bank could fix the problem. Well these people wouldn't wait until after work for the pmt, so they put the check thru anyway. These people have no feelings and are not willing to work with their customers when extremely difficult situations arise. I would not recommend this place to anyone!! read more

They approve you over the phone after completing online then you get down there and they still run your stuff again, verify Ure job and income, ask for your life, then send it to someone that just ends up denying after you were pre approved! I thought cash oasis was a great place to get a loan.. at first till I found out what they do. They pre qualified me and I came in to sign papers and I got a 200$ loan. Every 2 weeks I would come in and pay 40$ thinking that part of it went towards the loan (IT DID NOT) I've been paying for the loan for 2 months now. So the guy (don't know his name) told me I had 1 payment left and then I was done, when I had asked how many more payments I had left. So I come in 2 weeks later and they ask me for $240. At that point I'm soo confused because they never explained the hole time I was ONLY paying the interest. So I suggest to anyone that gets a loan threw these people that they ask any and all questions because if you don't they will stiff you for your money. I'm now paying $500 back for a $200 loan. And when I called to get an extension and an explanation the lady just laughed in my ear. There's so many other loan company's, try to avoid this one. I'm only giving 1 star because I have to. This payday loan establishment is not really a good place to borrow money from, because their finance charges are ridiculous. It's also really hard to pay these people, hell the entire company, you have to bring a blank check every time you pay them. You cannot pay with a debit or credit card, you have to go to your bank to withdraw your cash payment, then come into the establishment. They're not outfitted with a card swiping machine, which makes payments more efficient and accessible. I will never recommend this company to anybody, hell not even to my worst enemy to borrow money from, they'll rip you off with their ridiculous finance charges, they raise your balance and they threaten their customers with their own blank checks to deposit the total balance into their account to pay off the loan, which I find wrong on so many levels. read more

Ok so I was searching the Internet, for a reasonable payday loan company, I came across Sierra loans on Spring Mountain. While speaking with the very pleasant young Lady there, she proceeds to do a "Pre qualified " check. It came back that I was approved for what the normal approval for me is... $350. When she told me the location to come in and get the loan, I mentioned to her if there was a closer location. She then directed me to Oasis on Charleston and Lindell, This is when the customer service got horrible! I told the person lady that answer the phone at oasis that their sister store was transferring over my information at that time she put me on hold to retrieve the information I was there put on hold again and again. When she came back to the phone I asked her if I could use other forms of payment besides my work check. At this point this lady gave me the feeling that she didn't want to service me with putting me on hold yet again!... When she picked up the phone again I guess you didn't realize that I was on the other line because I can hear them talking laughing and giggling. Then I was told that I couldn't use the Social Security to boost up the 350 that I was already approved for. I then asked her for explanation of why I couldn't use the Social Security she gave me an explanation which was kind of shabby so I said fine no problem I'll just go with my earnings, at that point I'm still getting a filling that this lady is being very rude over the phone. She tells me that they run their business differently at that store and that I will only be approved between $100 to $200 which is way off from any approvals I have gotten before. When I asked for an explanation of why the approval was so low at oasis and knot at Sierra she couldn't really give me an explanation in fact I heard her co-workers and herself laughing as though this was a joking matter at that point this is when I decided I wouldn't want to do business with them. For as long as I have been in customer service over 22 years this would be totally not acceptable and in my store or would be grounds for a write-up. I would like for district manager of oasis to please contact me. Because as I'm trying to give you all business the customer service was horrible and disrespectful to a potential customer. read more
