Whether take out or dine in the food is always good! The family meal for 4 is a generous portion size for a family of 4. Packaging is great on to go orders. Food is always fresh. We recently dined in after a family event and were able to seat our party of 11 with no issues. If you're craving JR Cash/J Peters but need it quick you can't go wrong here! We've used the online ordering as well which was easy peasy! read more

I'm going to keep this review very simple.... Cash's Chicken was worth the 30 min drive! This was the most fresh, crispy yet juicy, bursting with flavor experience ever! I was in and out in about 5 min and EVERYTHING was FRESH!!!!! SUPER FRESH! The bird dog was a 10 out of 10! It was like two childhood favorites had a baby! Crispy chicken tender meets crunchy buttery grilled cheese!!!!! The chicken tenders 10 out of 10! Simply put they were done just right! Omgggg the loaded mashed FLAVOR BOMB! Fries 10 out of 10! Crispy crunchy on the outside but soft on the inside! Like they really even perfected French fries! And lastly the croissant!!!!! 15 out of 10! Absolute perfection! I just didn't love it. Cash's Chicken feels like a missed opportunity. We are in the South, and fried chicken of any sort, whether it be wings, tenders or tradition chicken, it needs to be great. These are pre breaded tenders from Sysco prepared in various ways; like a hot dog, etc. a little creativity could have made up for the quality. But that fell flat as well. The setting is like a 1980s McDonald's, but in blue, and the tables and self-serve drink station were not terribly clean. Service was slow, condiments used up. I really want to like it, but I'll be getting chicken from the gas station down the road. read more

Decided to try Cash's Chicken and it didn't disappoint. If you like chicken tenders... run don't walk! The tenders are hand battered (none of the frozen chicken) friend to a crispy golden brown. And tender is the word! Fries were the crinkle version yet these were really good. What made Cash's was the fresh honey butter croissants!!!! OMG!!! 6 tenders fries slaw and 2 croissants with tea for less than $14 was a deal!!! Definitely will be finding my way back to the hidden gem!!! Best find your way too!!! read more

The food was good and the staff we talked to was friendly. I do enjoy knowing they are local and the restaurant was clean, inside and out. Must say my wife enjoyed it more than I did. I like a good crunchy breading and she doesn't. So if you like light breading then this is for you. We both agreed there is nothing that sets them apart from other chicken strip places, except the croissant. A simple sauce/dipping bar would give this place a simple edge over other places. Be prepared to have to do a u-turn if you need to go left out the parking lot. You can only turn right. Would I dine here again....sure. read more

First the negative: The chicken tenders are tiny compared to other restaurants. On the plus side it is clean. The chicken is tiny but taste good. The people are nice and service is great. The fried chicken salad is excellent because the chicken tenders are not the star but an addition to an already fantastic salad. The loaded potatoes are really good. read more

So we tried Cash's Chicken today for the first time. Overall, it was a good meal. Comparing it to other chicken finger joints, we thought the chicken fingers themselves are much higher quality, the fries were OK, and with an added twist, they gave you a buttery croissant instead of bread. We thought the sauce tasted really good, and overall we would recommend and plan on coming back to this place again. read more

Pro tip: if ordering a lot of chicken tenders, ordering a party tray will get you fresh and juicy tenders that are much better than the ones that come in the combos. We do it frequently for the quality improvement. Everyone devours them. read more

We love this place's chicken and salads. Also love the warm croissants. So so much better than Zaxby's. Only complaint is a couple times recently we have ordered the family chicken tenders and salad meal to go. The croissants have been hard as a brick both times. It's weird because they are not this way when I have eaten in the restaurant. read more

The first time I went I was unimpressed but decided to give it another try. The chicken is fried really well and is nice and juicy. Beyond that I wish there was a little more flavor. Like the fries and the roll that comes with. I've heard good things about the Bird dogs but have not had them myself. Best thing about it is that it's close and semi cheap. read more

Ordered a to-go order and made the mistake of not checking it at the counter. Missing one of five meals and some extra condiments as well. Called the number after getting home and no answer. Sent an email and no response. This is our first time trying Cash's and we won't be rushing back. Hard to leave a good review when you pay for something you don't get. Disappointed. read more

Chicken tenders can be ordered on hot dog bun with their own sauce, bacon bits, and cheese. Fun sandwich and so good. Fries or loaded mashed potatoes go great with tenders and the sandwich. Simple menu gives quick service by friendly people. read more

We placed our order than they forgot about us. Finally got our food nearly half an hour later only after going up to the counter and complaining. They had to find our order! Save your money! Tenders are just basically zaxby's chicken. The famous Cash's sauce is basically just mayo and Cajun seasoning. The interior of the place is nice though. Good ambiance and clean. read more

When you first walk in you're greater with an amazing dining room. I love the theme of old America and really appreciate the salute to our armed forces on one of the walls. The chicken tenders are delicious and the sauces are all amazing. I highly recommend the cash's sauce and the house. The salads are also really good and the ranch is some of the best I've ever had. And don't get me started on the rolls, the honey butter is amazing. As far as sides go I love the fries and the mashed potatoes are extremely good, I haven't had a chance to try the slaw but everything I have tried has been delicious. I highly recommend this place if you're in the mood for some good chicken tenders or just a good salad. read more

I was hopeful about this place, but it just wasn't memorable. It ranks somewhere between Zesto in Chapin and any Zaxby's. Chicken fingers are small and the fries are average. In fact, everything was average. At least it's not a chain. read more

Another instance was when I ordered delivery for some kids playing at the house. 2 hours after the scheduled delivery time I drove up to the store and found out it had been made way before but they were waiting on drivers. Again a phone call would have been nice. There was yet another order that took so long that I didn't need to reach out to the store. An email showed up in my inbox explaining that I'd get a free pizza because they knew they fell short of expectations. Well duh.
