They make it simple by providing 99% of the ingredients you need (You usually need to provide your own oil, salt, and pepper, which is totally doable). The box comes with 3 different meals. There are 2 diff size boxes (box that feeds 2 ppl/meal or box that feeds 4 ppl/meal). I can't emphasize enough how SIMPLE and FUN it was to make all three dishes. We had a chicken and roasted asparagus pasta, furikake salmon with soba and kale chips, and Italian wedding soup. Each meal comes with easy, comprehensive instructions and can take from 1-2hrs to make (depending how slow you cut your vegetables lol). I will definitely be purchasing another box in the future. Our guests have been raving about it since. So many people say they don't get to eat at their own weddings and they made sure that DIDNT happen to us.
