When I first arrived, there were several employees behind the counter and I was the first customer there, so I was confused why my prepaid online order, which should have been first in line, wasn't being prepared. Ordering ahead ended up taking much longer than if I had just ordered in person, which was really disappointing. Also sandwich bread was chewy and hard to eat, almost felt stale. For food safety and customer confidence, I believe orders should be sealed before being handed to the delivery driver. A sealed package helps provide reassurance that the food has not been opened, handled, or exposed during delivery.
