This place is so weird - the location is not great but they have extensive free parking. I went with my mom to go see a concert that was supposed to start at 8:30, but there was a huge line and they wouldnt let anybody into their chairs until 8:30! Instead of wasting out time on the line, we did a loop around the casino. Pleasantly surprised it didn't smell like an ashtray! They have a food area in the back and two big bars.

A renewed casino in the heart of Miami, Jai-live games during the season. Live music on Saturday night (during my visit I enjoyed live performance and Latin vibes from DJ mixes) Varied game rooms Non smoking facility and ample parking Clean and organized Very confortable to spend a funny evening alone or with friends.

This casino is a good place to gamble. No frills and better payouts percentage than Hard Rock.

The establishment has a very clean refreshing environment. It does not smell awful with the cigarette like other Casinos. I brought my girlfriend's sisters to play ome casino machines. However it was shocking to find out that the casino no longer offer referral deals for signing up new people for the player's club. Although I could not play and have fun and I was able to enjoy a little with watching my girlfriend's sisters having fun playing the casino machines.

Nice casino right near Miami airport - staff was fantastic, especially Neal, who made sure we took advantage of the wonderful deal when you signed up! $50 in Casino card to play the slots! We got lucky and had a great time!

Came with friends to the Celtic Illusions show at the event venue of the Casino. I don't believe they have renovated that area in decades - maybe since it was built. The seats were dirty and stained which I hope they clean if they plan on holding more events there. The venue has good visibility from any seat and the sound was loud and clear. We went to the casino which has been remolded, but calling themselves world-class is a stretch. Most of the machines we tried had issues with the touch screen. Every time you entered your pin the screen jumped and entered a different number. They probably need to recalibrate those touch screens. There are some poker tables and blackjack tables as well as the slot machines. It was pretty busy for a Sunday afternoon. Parking is close by and there is easy access to the casino. They get an extra star because they are Smoke Free! Love that! They do have a room for smokers, but the place does not smell. I'm not a gambler so I won't be back unless they have another show that I may be interested in. I hope they clean the seats before then.

It's a small casino with a lot of one liners that keep breaking. The electronic modern machines are good. They also have live entertainment, which packs the dance floor. Food snack bar is not appetizing since they only have almost all fried foods and no healthy options.

I have been coming to Casino Miami for years and have to say, it's one of, if not, my favorite casino in the area. So when I first moved to Miami my job was right down the street from here so on my lunch breaks I would stop by when I had a spare twenty dollar bill lying around. The one thing I have always loved about this casino is that it's smoke free! Smoke free! You can wear whatever you want there guys because you won't smell like an ashtray after! Praise the Lord almighty! The casino is smaller than most, but it's kind of charming that way. The parking lot isn't large either but it doesn't need to be because there isn't heavy traffic, however, it's never an issue to find parking. Mostly slots here but that's ok with me since that's what I play. I can understand that someone may not want to hang out here at night, but is any casino in an area that you'd want to stroll around past dark? I don't think so. I always feel like I do well here on my penny slots. Last trip my five bucks gave me over one hundred dollars. A total score. I have never really lost there, I may have broken even, but for a casino, that's a win! I love Casino Miami, and hope it doesn't change any time soon!

Big casino... lots of different types of people. The good, the bad and the ugly.. The place smells bad. Lots of slot machines. The music is pretty good when bands are playing.

We booked a City View Executive Suite about 2 months in advance and requested quiet, high-floor, non-connecting, away from elevators. Our room wasn't ready until nearly 5pm, and we were placed in Room 329 on the 3rd floor (of 7 guest floors), steps from the elevator, street-facing over the front entrance. Room was clean, but the placement didn't match our request. Isabelle's is a highlight -- excellent breakfast (eggs, sandwiches, yogurt, oatmeal, power shots). Room service exceeded expectations: the chicken soup was top 5 I've ever had. Complimentary happy hour was also great (house Chardonnay was surprisingly good). We also received a $50/day F&B credit and breakfast for two (worth noting: breakfast can run $80-$100+ for two if paying out of pocket). Big downside: noise -- late-night piped-in music (called around 2-3am), loud Commodore bar vibe, nearby construction, and 1.5 hours of drilling next door on our last day. Shout-outs to Christina Strong (front desk--proactive and empathetic), Lucas at Isabelle's, and Steve (bellman) -- all excellent. Amazing walkable area (Koko, Narbona, waterfront paths), but room placement and noise management didn't match the Ritz price tag.

Walking distance to a Publix, the mall, bakery, etc. The hotel checkin is on the 6th floor, the first floor is mainly a seating area and concierge. They offer free hot breakfast, mini fridge and microwave in the room, cruise shuttle at time of this review is priced at $12 with pick up times at 10a, 11a, and 12p. If you miss breakfast, they had breakfast bags with fruit and other grab and go items. You will need your room key to access the laundry room and guest floors. There is no carpet in the room I was in (basic king- not the elite level) and pets are not allowed. Service animals only. The hotel has a lobby bar, three restaurants are located right next door (Sproutz, Batch Gastropub, and Shahs of Kabob). I dined at Sproutz and Shahas of Kabob and both are good, but they are not affiliated with the hotel. I stayed 3 nights prior to my cruise and I really enjoyed my stay. The air conditioner worked with no issues, pillows are very soft, bed was firm, but not uncomfortable and I slept better in that bed, than my own. There is a master light switch to control the overhead light in the entry and bathroom. You can operate them separately (it just takes some flipping of lights to figure it out). Decent water pressure and nice, hot water at night. Morning time I suggest getting your shower in early. Hot water is still present but not as hot as it was the night before. Tip- I took my shower at 5/6am the morning of checkout and the water was hot and perfect for a nice shower before leaving for cruise. Staff was always smiling, friendly and willing to assist. Carlos at the concerige desk is very helpful, ask for his recommendations and he is more than happy to assist. The 7th floor has the laundry facility, but many machines were out of order. This is going on my pre cruise hotel list because it was the perfect hotel and the perfect location. It was about a 15min ride to the cruise port and airport. The cruise port ride was booked for 8am, so I beat the 9am bumper car cruise port traffic. The video I posted is short and quick, but a glimpse of the room

It turns out that the app was glitchy and we were put in a different room number. The lady behind the counter made adjustments and we were able to stay on the same floor as what I originally picked, but in a different room. The room had a king bed, a fridge, microwave, a TV, drawers, and a bathroom with a shower. It was very clean. We got two drink vouchers to redeem at the lobby/pool bar, which was a plus, to enjoy while we were at the pool. The hotel has a fitness center as well. The continental breakfast provided a selection of coffee and juices for the beverages. The food items consisted of a waffle bar, different types of pastries, and breakfast foods to choose from. They offered a little more than some of the other locations I have been at.

I asked repeatedly for an early, 2pm check-in. When I go there around 2:15, the front desk area was in chaos. There were 2 people being waited on and I was first in line, but had to wait for ~10 minutes to get any attention. Even with repeated communication, the room was not ready. My kids were heading into melt down mode. Not a great start. I got a call at 2:45 that my room was ready. We headed back around 4 and then it was the same chaos, and very long wait to get our 1 piece of luggage. Once upstairs, the hotel is very neat and tidy and our room was a 2 bedroom suite with a balcony, facing the bay and city. The condition and working order of the room, bathroom, and kitchenette were excellent. We loved the minimalist aesthetic. They did have a happy bday card and some chocolates for me in my room - a very nice touch. The main event downstairs is the pool area. They had a DJ playing vibey lounge music and it was packed with people chilling and drinking as mature adults. Definitely not a wild spring break scene. The pool is heated, too. The best is being in the pool as the sun sets - very magical as the place goes from day to night. Great hotel - lousy front desk. I reviewed the restaurant, Baia, separately - great waterfront vibes, so-so food, and disorganized service.

I went to order an empanada from the front and the man that was behind the counter (after taking a 80 payment for 3 food items and 2 coffees..) walked to the front desk gave the girl a hug went outside did some stuff and then came back to make our drinks. I don't even understand what happened there there was one employee working behind and he just walked away. I was told from the front desk that they only have one available cart for us to use and that the carts they had the previous day "disappeared"- the bellman was incredibly rude and laughed at me bc I asked how the carts from yesterday just disappeared... (might've been a bad question but a place like this that is so expensive... it makes no sense to have 1 cart in the entire hotel) I had to ask I believe a manager(Sebastian) he was so incredibly helpful and got us what we needed and really was the only helpful staff member there he rocks, he apologized oh behalf of the other staff and was helpful and patient with the situation! The food was probably the worst food I have ever eaten- they need to figure out that situation first. For the prices they charge I really wanted to tell the chef face to face how bad it was. The fish was over cooked to the point it was literally so crispy like a French fry there was no moisture left in the fish. The fries (were very good) the coleslaw had no flavor it tasted like mayo and cabbage like nothing else seemed to be in it.. somehow bland... The fish was bland. The tartar sauce was bland. Somehow even the horseradish sauce they gave me was bland. It was sincerely the worst fish fry I have ever eaten in my entire life. And I do not say that lightly........Really haven't had an experience like this anywhere else it was utterly ridiculous absolutely laughable for what they charge and the location. The best part if my meal was the fried and ketchup. So sad. The pastries? The chefs makes pretty croissants but the filling is absolutely terrible it was like curry chicken and peppers nothing like a chicken empanada.. didn't have any beef options all in all I would absolutely never recommend this place to anybody ever. Seems like it's going downhill or staff just doesn't care! I've seen the other recent reviews and they aren't great.. Doesn't seem like they let the chefs put anything on the menu themselves and really streamlined the whole thing terribly. I would not recommend this hotel unless you want rude service and terrible food. The only good thing about this place is that it's on the water..
