11 years since I was last here. I stayed recently for my birthday. I like this place because it is on a relatively quiet street, and is on the bay, facing west, with a great sunset and view of the skyline. We reserved a 2 bedroom suite. I asked repeatedly for an early, 2pm check-in. When I go there around 2:15, the front desk area was in chaos. There were 2 people being waited on and I was first in line, but had to wait for ~10 minutes to get any attention. Even with repeated communication, the room was not ready. My kids were heading into melt down mode. Not a great start. I got a call at 2:45 that my room was ready. We headed back around 4 and then it was the same chaos, and very long wait to get our 1 piece of luggage. Once upstairs, the hotel is very neat and tidy and our room was a 2 bedroom suite with a balcony, facing the bay and city. The condition and working order of the room, bathroom, and kitchenette were excellent. We loved the minimalist aesthetic. They did have a happy bday card and some chocolates for me in my room - a very nice touch. The main event downstairs is the pool area. They had a DJ playing vibey lounge music and it was packed with people chilling and drinking as mature adults. Definitely not a wild spring break scene. The pool is heated, too. The best is being in the pool as the sun sets - very magical as the place goes from day to night. Great hotel - lousy front desk. I went to order an empanada from the front and the man that was behind the counter (after taking a 80 payment for 3 food items and 2 coffees..) walked to the front desk gave the girl a hug went outside did some stuff and then came back to make our drinks. I don't even understand what happened there there was one employee working behind and he just walked away. I was told from the front desk that they only have one available cart for us to use and that the carts they had the previous day "disappeared"- the bellman was incredibly rude and laughed at me bc I asked how the carts from yesterday just disappeared... (might've been a bad question but a place like this that is so expensive... it makes no sense to have 1 cart in the entire hotel) I had to ask I believe a manager(Sebastian) he was so incredibly helpful and got us what we needed and really was the only helpful staff member there he rocks, he apologized oh behalf of the other staff and was helpful and patient with the situation! The food was probably the worst food I have ever eaten- they need to figure out that situation first. For the prices they charge I really wanted to tell the chef face to face how bad it was. The fish was over cooked to the point it was literally so crispy like a French fry there was no moisture left in the fish. The fries (were very good) the coleslaw had no flavor it tasted like mayo and cabbage like nothing else seemed to be in it.. somehow bland... The fish was bland. The tartar sauce was bland. Somehow even the horseradish sauce they gave me was bland. It was sincerely the worst fish fry I have ever eaten in my entire life. And I do not say that lightly........Really haven't had an experience like this anywhere else it was utterly ridiculous absolutely laughable for what they charge and the location. The best part if my meal was the fried and ketchup. So sad. The pastries? The chefs makes pretty croissants but the filling is absolutely terrible it was like curry chicken and peppers nothing like a chicken empanada.. didn't have any beef options all in all I would absolutely never recommend this place to anybody ever. Seems like it's going downhill or staff just doesn't care! I've seen the other recent reviews and they aren't great.. Doesn't seem like they let the chefs put anything on the menu themselves and really streamlined the whole thing terribly. MUSTY room. Disappointing doesn't even begin to cover it. I booked a 3-night stay (Sunday-Wednesday... so no partying, all "school nights," and not during any major Miami events like Winter Music Conference, Miami Open, Formula 1, Boat Show, or SoBe Wine & Food Festival). This was a quiet work trip. As someone who grew up in Miami, I always thought of the Mondrian as a solid, above-average hotel. It was reputable, with good hospitality, nice amenities, all that jazz. Well... this stay was disastrous. The room was musty and clearly not properly cleaned. There were countless stains, dust bunnies, scratches and cracks on surfaces, and different hairs in multiple areas of the room. Just overall extremely unpleasant. I genuinely felt uncomfortable staying there. The robe in the closet had several holes (not small. very obvious, literally the first thing you see, and they still hung it up like it was acceptable). The toilet barely flushed, consistent plumbing issues. The bathroom had visible oxidation on the shower head and hose. The ceiling shower head and one of the lightbulbs were broken, and several other lights were dim. Front desk experience? Honestly shocking. I'd expect this level of attention at a low-tier chain, not here. Staff behind the counter were scrolling Instagram Reels or TikTok (with volume) while guests were standing there. Just incredibly careless. After my first night, I went to the front desk and asked if all rooms were this unkept and in such poor condition. They acted surprised. I showed them photos (with the dust, sticky residue on the bathroom floor, hair in multiple places) and they said they'd notify housekeeping to properly clean the room. Well... housekeeping never showed up. Not once during my entire 3-night, 4-day stay. Super disappointing, because this hotel has potential and used to be great. I even overheard another group at breakfast talking about how disappointing their room was and another woman in the elevator also had a similar experience... so clearly not an isolated issue. Valet was also hit or miss. The guys mostly just standing around, sometimes opening the door, sometimes not. No help with luggage when I arrived. Just an overall lack of training, standards, and any real sense of guest experience not just with valet but everyone else. Expect the restaurant staff, they were wonderful. And to be clear, l wasn't in a standard room. I booked a junior suite, and the only redeeming quality was the space (which was not properly used so it felt awkward honestly). Everything else? Terrible. Would absolutely not recommend. The property is in rough shape, and worse... it feels like nobody cares to fix it. read more

This place is so outdated and I'm assuming the price would be because of the bay view. I was swanked into getting a penthouse with bay view, I get there the hallways are humid like there is no air conditioning on. the room is dirty af. Furniture beat up. Rug had lashes and food all over it. So I was suggested another room for the same price (how convenient). One room and gym stuck to its rug and the other room didn't have a rug but the tv didn't work so I went with it. Walls are thin as ice! Also they want to charge $22 dry cleaning for the skimpy bath robes they provide LOL!! Overall the only BEST thing about the hotel is the beach club. Wouldn't recommend staying here again. read more

Pretty average hotel. It is super dated. Rooms are basic. We were in a suite and I can tell you that there are several shortcomings. Worst was that the pillows had some dry blood stains. The couches had rips and burn damage. Sinks didn't drain all good. We were here just for a day so we just wanted the night to be over and move on. The staff is very friendly and the downstairs is very luxurious. Upon arrival it seems very pleasant you are greeted with champagne. The second you get to the elevator the smell is overwhelming . The halls have a weird smell. The room is definitely dated and there was mold in the shower. It's a good place to stay at if you're not planning on staying in the room. Out of all the places I've stayed in Florida this is only good for the pool side and the bartenders are phenomenal. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. This was the most DISGUSTING place I have ever stayed! Upon checking in I discovered an extremely worn down room in need of a full renovation. Pealing paint, cracked mirror, stained carpet and walls .. just major wear and tear. To make matters worse, the room was not cleaned! I encountered countless dead bugs, some smashed to the wall and left behind, dirty stained bedding and a filthy toilet with dried urine stains that I had to clean! When I say I would NEVER STEP FOOT in this place again! They waived the resort fee when I showed the front desk the photos, but honestly I should have requested a full refund. They have the nerve to only offer housekeeping on the 3rd day of your stay. WTH. I'm thinking about contacting the health department, because there is no way a business should be operating like this! I felt like me and my family were at risk for getting sick behind their practices. Thank you to the entire management team for ruining our family vacation because the conditions of this resort is well known to them! Shame on me for not checking the reviews first. read more

We celebrated our birthdays at the Mondrian Hotel, and it was truly an unforgettable weekend! Alexandria, the Events Manager, was absolutely incredible to work with. She was so responsive, kind, and professional, always quick to answer questions and help with every detail. She even took my call on the weekend when I had a last-minute concern, which meant so much. On the day of the party, she was there from setup all the way to the end of the night, ensuring everything ran smoothly. Her dedication and calm presence made the entire experience seamless and stress-free. A big thank-you to Keldon, the Director of Business, Leisure, and Transient Sales, who did an excellent job coordinating our room block for family and friends staying the weekend. My hats off to him for his patience coordinating my family and friends isn't easy, but he handled it all with grace and professionalism! And Charlotte, the Chief Concierge, was wonderful she arranged a golf outing for a group of eight, and they had an amazing time on the course. From the delicious hors d'oeuvres to the fantastic dinner, every detail was perfect. All the photos of the terrible room conditions are true. And it's what we experienced as well. As you can see there is a dark brown stain on the couch- looks absolutely disgusting and never cleaned and yes it looks like a poop stain. Also shown in the photos are the stains on the rug. Shower tiles are dirty, a giant rip in the couch, marks on the chairs, more dirty floors and also a TV that looks like an iPad. This is unacceptable for a Miami Hotel!!! We decided to drive home in the insane monsoon and risk our lives on the Florida 95 instead of staying one night in this room. It seems like a hotel that has completely given up. Spoke to the supervisor who didn't give a care about our stay or the conditions of the room, such poor service and hospitality!!!! Literally do better. The Mondrian had all the appearances of a great place to stay for a weekend in the sun, but the devil is in the details. Checking in on a Fri, my room wasn't serviced until late afternoon on Sun. There was no body wash in the shower, though a space for one, so I used a bar soap. Then when I did get the servicing late Sun, a bottle with a very small amount was left in my bathroom but not mounted nor able to be mounted in my shower. There were smokers around the pool, and the smoking rules were not enforced. Yet any attempt to bring simply a water bottle to the pool was thwarted. The prices for the cabanas were very high, and thus many were unused. I would love to have used one but wasn't going to spend 400-500/day. The food at the restaurant was pretty decent but overpriced. Staff was generally pleasand and helpful, though name tags were not worn consistently, hence I can't really give them any shoutouts. One bright spot was the fact they provided free sunscreen at the bar, a lovely scented one at that. read more

I wanted to surprise my father for his 60th birthday he flew in from NY and I booked a suite in this hotel. I had an amazing day planned Giants game at 1 pm to watch at a sports bar and go to the Knicks game at 6 pm because they were playing the Heat at Kaseya center. When I walked into our suite at 12 pm est. I walked into a room that looked like the furniture was purchased at the goodwill. See above. I had 30 minutes to find a sports bar that was playing the Giants eagles game so we left because this would not mess up me and my father's day. We got back to the hotel around 10 pm and my dad said this place is gross I'd rather stay at your place in Fort Lauderdale. I was told my refund will be full after showing him the pictures of my room. Only the security deposit was returned 2 days later; called and they said no refunds because I stayed for 8 hours. Ok Mondrian South beach, you need this money and i'm glad to donate. This hotel is dump with a prime location on the water. Good for EDC and Ultra fest if you want to throw a party go on bender and not care about the room. Holiday Inn got nicer suites. read more

We come to Miami a lot. We've also stayed in other Mondrian locations (LA, NYC...) and the actual hotel and amenities are nice, but the room was a disgrace. I am not convinced that it was cleaned...at all. Hairs everywhere, dust everywhere, hugs globs on dust on light fixtures, broken lights in the shower (have fun showering in the dark), flooding in the bathroom every time you shower which causes water damage everywhere, broken lamp shades, food and crumbs on the windowsill, and the most disgusting matttess pad I've ever seen. The couch was covered in huge stains. Gross. Rundown is an understatement. I don't need fancy, but I do need clean, and this was not clean despite them sending housekeeping "several times". I saw housekeeping chatting and on their phones in the hallway - maybe they should have been cleaning because I am convinced they don't even run a vacuum in the rooms. We spent a lot of money at the pool/bar and the service there was very good so that was one redeeming quality. The 2 stars is for the staff - friendly and warm and the pool staff was great too. But I just can't get over the condition of the room. Absolutely unacceptable. I got sick of asking housekeeping to be sent to the room over and over again. For the record: room 323 - the photos are just the tip of the iceberg - the couch would make you puke (maybe it was puke on the couch) Side note: why is there one tiny mirror in the bathroom? Absolutely disgusting. Don't believe the photos or the plethora of fake reviews. Miami is a city of split personalities, and this hotel showcases that, and highlights the trashy-Miami side. It's sparkly on the surface but when you actually take a moment to look past the sparkle, you see how horrific it truly is. Customer service (check in and out was really the only customer service to speak of) was terrible. They have a TON of "pool staff" who are quick to kick you out of the pool area by 7:30; but god forbid they hire decent (or any?) cleaning staff. Our room was one of the worst lodgings I have ever stayed in - not just one of the worst hotel rooms, worst lodging - including military barracks. I took videos of different things in the room including broken cabinets, missing knobs, dirty and very stained carpeting, a tar like substance on the floor, rust and mold in the bathroom, gobs of someone else's hair in the shower, shower tile grout that had likely never been cleaned, rusty, moldy, and broken shower drain cover, beat up furniture, tattered lamp shade, and we counted over 6 light switches that didn't work. I was able to take some screenshots of things in the videos to attach for your viewing [dis]pleasure. Upon check in, despite already having paid for my room for 2 nights, I was told they needed to place an additional $400 hold on my card. I was assured this $400 hold would be released upon check out (assuming I didn't charge anything additional to the room of course). This hold was not released upon checkout and in fact took a week to be released. I have also discovered some erroneous charges on my bank card made by the hotel, and have since emailed and requested an itemized receipt as these charges occurred after check out. Very thankful this was only the very beginning of our week long vacation and we weren't disappointed and disgusted with our other vacation plans after leaving this hotel. read more

We stopped in for the Italian Pop Up coming for the Amalfi Coast and I am speechless. We happened to have the best table in the house with the best view. The pasta and the steak was the best of the menu. Specifically the truffle pasta. "B" our server was fantastic and attentive. The manager Gemma is one of a kind. By far one of the worst hotels in Miami. Majority of the 5 star reviews are fake and I wish I realized before booking. Filter their reviews by most recent! We booked the suite on the 12th floor and our friends had 2 other rooms with the same experience. Dirty rooms, bathrooms, and mold. Cracked tiles, paint and nasty tubs. Even the TVs are from the early 2000s, what a shame! All the employees are nasty not a single person was nice or accommodating. Also beware, to park your car it's $50 a night. There was mold in the shower, stains on the carpet, the knob actually fell off the door. Really disappointed. Very goofy looking decor. When I booked the hotel, I went off of TripAdvisor reviews. I have to believe that somebody scrubbing those reviews clean. House cleaning was not an every day event. In fact they only came once and did a 5 minute cleaning job. Bling-bling motel vibes -- Miami disaster Looking for a peaceful, quality hotel stay in Miami? Sadly, you won't find it here. From the moment you arrive, it feels more like a bling-bling motel than a proper hotel. Cold, rushed check-in, staff that look annoyed to even explain the basics, and a credit card charge before you've even seen the room. The décor tries to be trendy but ends up feeling like a rushed makeover from a low-budget reality show. Loose tiles in the bathroom, a greasy balcony with standing water and black mold -- visible across all neighboring balconies too. The kitchenette is almost a joke: just a microwave. No cutlery, no dishes, no pots -- not even a glass. So unless you enjoy eating takeout from your lap, it's useless. Housekeeping? Every three days only. Surprise! Didn't see that when you booked? Neither did we. It's hidden in a long contract you're asked to sign when you arrive jetlagged -- and by the time you realize it, it's too late. Want to clean up yourself? Bring your own sponge, broom, mop, and cleaning products. Seriously -- none are provided. The atmosphere? Loud. Inappropriate. Guests walking around half-dressed, shouting on balconies at all hours. Not ideal if you're traveling with kids -- unless your kids like club vibes at 2AM. To top it off, our door lock broke. My partner, stuck with our tired child, was refused help just because she didn't share my last name. Even after showing ID and explaining I was out. I had to cancel my meeting to return and "prove" we belonged. And in the end? It wasn't the key -- the lock itself was broken. Two techs couldn't fix it, and we were told to request assistance every single time we wanted to enter. Bottom line: This is not a hotel -- it's a flashy, low-quality motel trying to pass for a resort. Overpriced, underdelivered, and overhyped. Avoid it like the plague. read more

This hotel was absolutely awful. Our room was a suite and was dirty and broken. We were so disappointed and this really affected our stay. The bathrooms had no counter to put anything, and was just a long sink. This bathroom not only lacked a counter but was not clean. Water pressure in the shower was as light as can be with no conditioner. I am absolutely disgusted by the inability of a hotel to provide such regular amenities. For a suite, this bathroom was so tiny and could barely fit 2 people. The bathroom door would get suck everytime we closed it. as we tried opening it, i got stuck and had to call my mom up to help. I was late to dinner because of this inconvenience that shouldn't have been a problem in the first place. The fan in the bathroom was leaking and there was water all over the floor. I couldn't even blow dry my hair without droplets of water coming on my head. Not to mention, there are no mirrors in this room. The lighting is horrendous and we couldn't get photos or even do our makeup right. There is a jumbo yellow mirror in the living room area and I don't understand why they couldn't have made this mirror normal. This was my first time in miami, and honestly this hotel ruined my experience. It's far from lots of things and just a poor hotel. For the amount we paid, we could have stayed at a nicer, cleaner hotel with better amenities. This stay makes me question if i ever want to come back here, but now we know to do more research on our hotels. Additionally, there was a fight at the pool which also was very weird. This hotel was just so weird and the staff refused to take off a price from our stay. I am beyond disappointed in this hotel, and I would give it 0 stars if possible. Anyone staying in miami should dedicate a few more hundred dollars to stay at a marriott or fountaine bleu. This food in this hotel was good but overpriced and took a while to come. This is a 2 star hotel. Lobby is very nice and the restaurant has surprisingly good food. This is a party hotel make no mistake about it. Room smelled musty, decor was dated. Cleanliness was lacking. No maid service unless you stay more than 3 nights, they do not even change the towels. When I went to ask for more towels they were delivered, but the pile of dirty towels was left in the bathroom. The pool area has beautiful sunset views, definitely a high point. However, the pool was like an MTV show, lots of barely there swimsuits and everyone taking selfies. I will repeat this is a frat house party hotel. The pool lounge chairs were broken and cushions were stained. With so many lovely hotels in Miami Beach I have no idea why anyone would stay here. read more

Our room was very nice and clean and loved the bathroom rainfall shower. It's in a cute, safe neighborhood too with lots of people walking their dogs outside. It's right next to a WholeFoods and walking distance to some of the cutest Miami brunch spots like Pura Vida and Joe's coffee! I checked in the Mondrian on October 10th and checked out October 12th. Throughout that time, I called the front desk three times regarding the lack of hot water in our room while showering. I spoke to Sebastian, a supervisor, who indicated that the water on the top floor corner units do not get very hot. He then he proceeded to offer an $100 credit (two night resort fee). I've called three times since then to obtain an update on the refund and also spoke to a representative from booking to no avail. This was especially disappointing considering we paid a lot of money for our reservation. I should have booked at the Fountainbleu, which were my initial thoughts. read more

Amazing Spectacular view. You must get a balcony suite facing the bay. It is worth everything and especially if you are from out of town, this is a beautiful view of Miami and its gorgeous sunset. Like in everything, there are pros and cons. Sometimes the pros so outweigh the cons that you can let cons slide. For the cons: The building and it's amenities are a little outdated and the suites can be refurbished. Balcony noise can get loud if you are not in the party mood, be aware. Pros: Everything was clean, check in a breeze, very nice front desk assistance and concierge, room upgrade for the win, complimentary check in champagne, nice pool DJ vibe, and wonderful views. I can sit in that balcony for hours and even inside your suite the double glass sliding doors have a perfect view. It's the glass balconies. So nice. I enjoyed my birthday stay here. Oh and they have complimentary bikes and other things that are part of the resort fee. Not bad would definitely recommend. It's far from the ocean but it's a nice escape out of hectic crazy south beach. read more

Stayed here one night for work. I'm usually at the W on South Beach but this month the W seemed like I'm they wanted to rape my wallet. I mean comm'on!! $850 on a Monday night?!? Anyway decided to try Mondrian and I was very pleasantly surprised! I was told they recently renovated their pool and restaurant area and it was beautiful! The food was good too! The crowd was a bit hype, heard it was quite the spot for parties. I was a bit jealous as I sat in my room working, but people watching like a creeper from my room was enjoyable hahah! I'm not yet ready to get out and mingle anyway during Covid era.. to each their own, still good to see people enjoying themselves! I would recommend this place if you don't mind party noise. If you're looking to hit the beach it's quite a walk so be prepared to uber. read more

So we booked 5 rooms at this hotel for 3 nights each for a work-related event. Additionally, we had a meeting room booked. Each room was approximately $400-$500 + resort fees, taxes, etc per night and in total our original bill was about $8k. The first room we were given was absolutely filthy. Bugs everywhere, dust, visible dirt and coffee stains....it was disgusting. We were quickly moved to a larger room on the PH floor which was marginally cleaner, but it still had crumbs all over the floor, drawers and cupboards that wouldn't close, the bathroom was full of mold and had a cracked window, and the entire place smelled like mold. Note that other members of our party mentioned the same issues: including the prevalent mold smell and poor housekeeping. After working with the front desk we were able to get a partial refund of $1,500 on our total bill, which is why this property gets more than 1 star. On the plus side: the restaurant is beautiful and the food there is good, staff throughout the hotel is very friendly and helpful, the view is superb, and the location is great. The bottom line though is that I would never stay at this hotel again and would hesitate to stay at any Mondrian property based on this experience. read more

Updated review because I returned to Mondrian to give it another shot and so glad I did! The hotel seems more elevated from the grounds to the restaurant and the crowd. I'm so impressed by the staff and hospitality. Marc and Greter in guest services really cared about my experience and the customer service has been unparalleled this stay. To feel a hotel really cares about their guests satisfaction means the world and will keep me returning for many vacations to come! The restaurant is on the bay with stunning views and tropical vibes. The pool is always a good time. The gym is great and they have a small spa. My favorite are the bay suites with balconies! Best view in Miami at competitive costs. And you can't beat the location! Walking distance to Lincoln Road, Sunset Harbour, South of Fifth! Everything. I wish I could stay forever :) read more

By far the best part of staring at the Mondrian is the ocean view! The beach club was so fun and trendy! I loved the poke bowls! I was able to walk to the beach in 10 minutes from the hotel. read more

Where do I start? Me and the girls spent a good amount of money on the Mondrian expecting it to be everything the pictures entailed! We experienced something very different, a dirty room, unsanitary sheets, broken glass, bed bugs,non shampooed carpet and couch! It was just absolutely filthy . I requested the manager to come look for themselves and HOURS later they sent the housekeeping manager!!!!! She SAW EVERYTHING and said herself it was unacceptable. She told me she would talk to the hotel manage to see what they could do and the BEST they came up with was giving me the resort fee of 200.00 back ??? 200.00 back after we spent easily over 2,000.00 on the room, jet ski's rentals and dinning at their hotel! I'm so upset and I'm the process of writing head quarters because this is not right! read more

There is a lot to like about the hotel, but It was missing the awe factor to make it 5 stars. First off the location is great and central. 11th street is smack in the middle of the action and the bay side is a quick walk to the beach. The hotel isn't cheap and the staff is friendly. I like that there is a Whole Foods right next door. The gym is nice for a quick workout and the pool area is great, but it fills up quickly. The small things that could be improved might be: mopping the floors, fixing the shower head location (water hits right at the edge of the glass door), fix the toilet knob - small stuff. This hotel was clean. I usually stay at the Mondrian when I go to Miami, as the area is quiet, the hotel is clean, has a gym, a great pool area, robes and slippers, and more. Highly recommend! Also, love the fact that you get a glass of bubbly upon your arrival. read more

I came here with a friend on a Spa Day. If you spend $150 or more you have access to their pool and spa services (although because of Covid, we weren't allowed to use the sauna, lockers, or shower. The pool view is beautiful. The chairs have seen better days, but they cover them for you. We were going to sit in a bed, but were quickly shoo'd away by a worker and told we needed to order/spend $500 to sit there minimum. I wasn't really bothered by this as a lot of hotels put minimums on the premium beds around their pools, although I thought $500 sounded excessive as this hotel isn't really high end. But it's cool we chose other beds to lay in. My gf wasn't pleased to see the people who did lay in the same bed who were not shoo'd away and also didn't order anything, as now she was curious what single person would spend such an amount at a pool. Well, she was convinced they were not told about the price to lay there because they were white. (I'm on the fence about the whole thing, but it did put a bit of a damper on our morning.) They told us wait service by the pool would begin at 11am. It really didn't start til about 11:40. Most of the wait staff were just standing around visibly shooting the breeze. Once they did begin service, they were all very attentive and professional. We ordered beer and fries, because we didn't have much time before our massage appointment. The fries were very yummy. The massage parlor was nice enough. We had bought a Yelp deal, but the spa would not honor it or give us any credit as they stated they had just gone through a renovation and they were no longer the GuyNGirl Spa. We were upset, but decided to go through our massages nonetheless as it was my friend's bday. (It was sad that they didn't even try to at least give her something for the misunderstanding but again, what could we do, we were there to relax, so we were doing our best to just let it roll off our backs.) we are still waiting to hear from Yelp about a refund or compensation :( My massage was decent enough. Not the best nor the worse. My friend really enjoyed hers and spoke very highly of her masseuse and his knowledge. After the massage we went back to the pool but opted to sit at their bar and have drinks. Although, the drinks were pricey, they were well done. When one of the bartenders found out it was my friend's bday, he gave a round of shots. (Very cool ) Overall, there were moments when the day could of been soured by some of the inadequacies around us, luckily they do have staff that are quality, which could be this establishments saving grace, that and the view. read more
