On my return visits, I've tried the Western Omelette (pro tip: ask for it with their jalapeño cream cheese for a delicious kick!) and, for the first time ever, chicken and waffles. Both were fantastic -- and honestly, I'll probably never order chicken and waffles anywhere else again. Still, I always find myself coming back for the huevos rancheros. Funny story: I asked the owner/waiter about their huevos rancheros recipe. He told me it's been in the family for 45 years.
