This cemetery contains both old and new headstones and appears to be a still active, family cemetery. Some of the plots need "work" while others have obviously been cared for. No one offered condolences - it was only about how much can you spend and how will you pay. I was asked about the body fluid of my late husband - which I thought extremely rude. He was a very sick man. The make up of his body was bad / he did not look peaceful - Like he did shortly after his death. Some funeral guests doubted, that it was his body at all.

They quote you prices for service but the correct process is you should be given a itemized price list and you pick what you want. And not what color you burying the deceased for the casket you are suppose to pick the casket. Each item of service should be itemized with a price not the word included. Death certificates are 10.00 with the health dept and she charge 20.00 with no explanation of why. If any of the above has happen to you more than likely you've been overcharged and should contact the Funeral Compliance office in Tallahassee at (850)413-3039 to file a complaint. To be taken an advantage of in the time of a love death is the lowest but if everyone file a complaint this can be stopped. I filed a complaint. UPDATE: MY COMPLAINT WAS COMPLETED AND AFTER THE INVESTIGATION THERE WAS A FINDING OF 4 VIOLATIONS.
