We told him what we were looking for, he took us to that section, didn't push anything on us and we decided on just what we were hoping to find. We purchased a refrigerator from AF on December 23 with promised delivery on December 24.. It was not delivered. We received no phone call, nor any communication from American Freight. My husband returned the day after Christmas. We were once again promised delivery and told our information had been submitted to the "delivery company" One Rail. However, when we called the delivery company to follow up, we were advised that our delivery had never been scheduled by AF. That it had been cancelled because they didn't have a hook up kit. My husband returned to AF and explained what the delivery company said. This time, my husband asked the rep at AF to remove the hook up and reschedule the delivery. That we would take care of the hook up ourselves. At this time, the rep rescheduled the delivery and promised a date which again was missed. Frustrated, we called the delivery company again Only to be told that we were NOT scheduled. While I have tried to reach Several times at AF, it has been to no avail. I have Niall filed a dispute with my bank to have the funds refunded.. I will never recommend American Freight to anyone.

Some dents and scratches were made on our walls, but the drivers took photo,s and told us to call the manager the next day., The claim was quick and an adjuster came out that week. I bought a washer/dryer before this from Home Depot and wished I would have bought from American freight despite the damage to our walls.

Be very careful when reviewing your final price before paying. They advertise "deal packages" and discounts, but extra charges seem to get added in unexpectedly. Make sure you read everything closely and verify every charge before signing or making payment. Customer service after the sale has been frustrating and unreliable. I expected honesty and professionalism, but unfortunately that was not my experience.
