She really took the time to listen to what I was unhappy with about my previous cut, watched a short video I showed her of the style I was going for, and made sure she understood exactly what I wanted before she started. I have very thick hair, and Libby did a great job with the layering and texturing while still keeping the length I'm trying to grow out. She is by far the most skillful hair stylist I have ever talk with. She has been doing hair for 6 years and I am so happy to have found her. I have been looking for someone to go to for the past year and half. So finding her has been a blessing for sure. Called last minute to book an appointment to do the big change. The salon was the cutest thing ever. They have 2 service dogs as salon mascot which I thought was the cutest thing ever. You can have them on your lap while you get a hair cut. I love it! She has carefully considered what I want and what I m looking for. And worked out a plan with me. A long bob! She was so patient with me although my hair gave her a lot of trouble because of how thick it is. She did not complain nor did she make any comment on how damaged my hair is.
