After returning to the shop, it was discovered that the tire rods needed replacing, which caused the premature wear. The shop was fantastic and stood by their work. The necessary repairs were completed quickly and accurately, and the owner provided some much appreciated discounts to help with the replacement tires and labor, even through the tire rods and camber bolts needing replacement may not have been visible during the initial work. They gladly helped me this time with a warranty replacement on my stock tires which required them calling the manufacturer. They did this without complaining and advocated for me. Their prices are very competitive compared to other online stores. I would suggest making an appointment online and this will make your time spent most efficient. You can even purchase your tires online and schedule at time for them to be installed if you know what tire you want for your vehicle. I will add that while out of town recently, we had a tire pressure warning light come on and we stopped in a DT in Myrtle Beach area. This location was equally helpful and kind. Brought old car in and asked for the free tire rotation where it's done X number of miles, and the person prescreens you with a question "are you here just for a tire rotation today?" While he inspects the tires, later returns and says he can't because there's a check engine light on - which has nothing to do with rotation of tires, and i had to go elsewhere to rotate the tires. Number of miles already hit for their service, bought tires from them and was in their system, but it's an unscrupulous way to deny you your tire rotation service, and it was the 2nd time that i had a rotation with them, guess the first is to lure you in. Terrible business that doesn't honor rotations when they feel like it, when you get this treatment then you'll know, until then you may think they're good and experts. No, experts and professionals do not act like this. But while they check you in by inspecting your vehicle, they act like they're going to do the included service with your tire rotation, but they ask prescreening questions during the so called chit chat in the beginning. Tire rotations for an old car have nothing to do with a check engine light. They told me come back in maybe a few months we can't do it today until that check engine light is cleared. Big red flag, this business has gone downhill.

Apparently sime drivers wanted to go faster than the posted 45...which was what we were doing..and they were each driving very close to the car in front. We weren't in the same rush they were so my mother tried to find someplace to pull to the side so they may pass. Unfortunately she pulled over a tire killer pothole. Both front and back desperately flat. Well crap. Now what? Luckily we were able to get a phone call to AAA before the cloud cover came to negate service. We were in a fraught position as there really are no shoulders to pull over and we didn't want to cause any further damage by drivung on the rims (yep...that flat!) I volunteered to be the one to guide traffic so my mom could stay in the car to keep warm. Thankfully a parks service ranger came by and gave us some hazard triangles to use so I could warm up. We had to wait another 45 min until our 'savior' arrived. I have never been so happy to see a tow truck. We didnt want to be stuck on the Parkway all night. It was a tough tow for the driver as we were in a weird spot and the car was uneven but he got us on the truck. We asked if he would also take us and he said 'sure..no problem' which was a relief because AAA told us the tow would leave us. We asked him to put a mask on and he cheerfully obliged. He was super friendly and gave us a brief history of the area we were in. Turns out he and I had some shared experiences which just made the trip that much more agreeable. He got us to the tire place with no problems and only charged us $34 which seemed a great deal. He did leave a bit of a dent but considering it was a hard tow it was forgiveable. I was in Knoxville when a piece of small equipment fell off of a flatbed transfer truck right in front of me and busted my tire. The driver did stop and put my donut on. It was a Sunday and I could not find a tire shop open. I did finally find a shop who showed me the rim was also busted and they did not have one to replace it. I drove from Knoxville, Tenn to Christiansburg, Va. when I felt I could not keep going. Late at night so I stayed in a motel and Monday morning started calling around for tire place. I first needed a rim - I found Bill's used auto parts who had a rim for me. Shawn was so helpful and had me to go Quality Tire and ask for Jack. It was right down the road which was perfect. Jack and his crew were amazing. So kind, so helpful and quality says it all. I had been through so much it was nice to take a deep breath and feel I was in good hands. All was put on perfectly and I headed home. Funny thing did happen. I stopped near Lynchburg, Va. to get a bite to eat and my Jeep would not start when ready to hit the road again. I could not find my Fob anywhere. I called Jack at Quality Tire Tire to see if it was left there because it was already running when I got in it to leave. Jack was so kind and helpful looking around everywhere at his shop, etc. He had me look around the car and then suggested looking on the top of the car. There the keys were - by the luggage rack on top of the car. Shocking the keys/fob stayed on the top of the Jeep for over 90 miles !! Jack was my savior/hero.
