I took it to Firestone and Walmart they wouldn't touch it because someone had already tried to repair it . I called ARNOLD and told him he needs to hold his employe responsible for this tire that now can't be fixed now. if hi employees can't fix the service they are offering they shouldn't have the option of offering it. if you are offering a service that clearly you can't provide. it's a waste of the customer time and in my case money. because I had to spend 200$ on a new tire

As soon as VA HP and VA DOT Roadside Assistance came and heard I had AAA, they recommended ICN and told me stories of how ICN had helped other people. The collaboration between VA HP, VA DOT Roadside Assistance, and ICN made a scary, scary situation so very much less stressful. Folks, ICN went out of their way to make sure I was safe and ok. They got me to the hotel, where my sister was meeting me and helped me unload my car which was like unloading a clown car. Ultimate Towing called me a minute later and said they would be right there. They arrived after 10 minutes. Gage showed up, found us, because we weren't sure where we were, and flawlessly got our car and us back to Mount Airy. We are so grateful to this company who was there in our time of need.
