However, on…read moremy dog's last session with her, they looked terrible....Reanna did not listen to what we talked about after dropping off my dogs and not continuing what she has done before. She did the exact opposite of what we wanted (I wanted a round face and fluffy body and she did short snout and cut them too much on the body). She messed up both their faces and bodies. I would think after a few sessions with the same dogs, it'd consistent, yet she still butchered their groom. I understand she is probably very busy, but there's simply no excuse for charging a high price and providing bad grooms. I expressed my frustration and she wasn't very receptive. I do not recommend this groomer. Find a different groomer.

We even tried the self serve spa and our dog Bailey never felt so soft. Her coat was glowing after we just came from the dog park. We're from out of town but we travel in and make this our stop every time. They have helped assist us with getting our dogs familiar with different foods with the samples we get. We get to see what our dogs like and don't like before we commit to it. You don't find that kind of service anywhere else, and it's really nice because it's all dog safe instead of trying to take it into your own hands of trying Google.
