One day we were driving back from a work meeting and I saw a mobile pet grooming van and I was actually surprised to see something like this in Bakersfield since Bakersfield is years behind the bigger cities and I decided to call them since the pups weren't bathing regularly since we are always busy. I used to always bring them to Pet Smart or bathe them at home, but I'm a super busy person on the go, so it gets hard because my boys are also busy with work and school. My dogs are on a 6wk recurring schedule with Stacy and they absolutely love him. I have never met Stacy in person because I'm never home when he bathes the dogs, but my son has mentioned he has always been really nice and he also noticed that the dogs get super duper excited to see him. I've communicated with him thru text and have spoken to him over the phone several times, but I do know he's doing a good job because the dogs love him. Both of my dogs are medium sized dogs and are both older dogs 9 & 10yr old dogs, they both shed fiercely and their regular 6wk bathing has helped a lot with the shedding. I think the prices are normal pricing when it comes to grooming. My dogs are always happy, so we are also very happy with the service. We had our two dogs groomed this morning by Stacey who did a great job! Our pitbull is always nervous to get groomed and he was patient and gentle with her. We have another little dog with very long nails because our previous groomer wasn't able to keep them under control, Stacey worked on cutting them back little by little to over time get them to a manageable length. Patti was very good when she first started out and didn't have much business; I have been a loyal customer of hers for over two years- The last time she came out she had a very bad attitude and did not even so much as say thank you or your welcome after I wrote her a check for $130 - which isn't bad for less than 90 minutes of work. My fur babies are old and I want the best of care for them- I will not spend my money with someone who is rude and ungratefu and makes it seem like it's a bother to come out to do what she is paid for.
