I had an absolutely wonderful experience today with Cynthia , she and her her partner ( I'm sorry I didn't catch her name ) were so kind and understanding with my dog. They made sure he wasn't overly afraid and made sure he left them looking bright and smelling amazing . They cut his nails very short for me and got rid of any dirty spots my boy had . I'm so pleased that I'll be sure to be a regular customer. My golden gets knots behind her ears and legs often and Lisa did a great job removing the matted hair without cutting Lucy. She gave her a nice trim and did a great job building Lucy's trust. I texted Lisa and set up an appointment to have my chihuahua groomed. She showed up in a huge van and took great care of my little dog. He didn't need a trim, but he had everything else done -- bath, brush, ears, tooth brushing, etc. She did an excellent job. He smelled great. His coat was soft and fluffy. His nails were trimmed but weren't sharp. I find most groomers end up turning my dog's nails into razor blades. Not Lisa. His nails are trimmed but not sharp. The best thing? It was only $35. I booked with Lisa because the animal hospital nearby required bortadella and canine influenza vaccines, just for grooming. I understand, they have boarding and grooming in the same facility. But they also wanted about $55 for the same service. Lisa was less expensive, more convenient and she did an excellent job. I gave her a $5 and it was still much cheaper than any other groomer I have used. Top Dog Mobile Grooming is an excellent service. It's so convenient to be at home and not have to make multiple trips to the groomer. My dog also preferred it. He always hates going to the groomer. This is the first time he seemed to enjoy it. I called the phone number and the message says the best way to contact her is via text. I sent a text and no response. I texted again two days later and I received a reply. I was asked to send the address and a picture of the dog which I did. I never heard back from her. I texted again but no response. I don't know how you run a business like this. If you aren't available or don't want the business you should just be up front and say so. read more

I called 3 times with no answer. I Finally left a message that I had questions about her service. She text me the next day and asked me what kind of dogs I had. (I thought she would have called me and and answered my question I had). I text back that I had a Corgi and a Cocker Spaniel. She didn't reply to my text. I text her again later and asked again and she didn't reply back at any time. Glad I didn't take my dogs there with that kind of service. read more

Just used Top Dog for the first time. We were able to get an appointment just a week after calling, where other groomers were booked for weeks. My pup was extremely matted but she looked fabulous after being cut and bathed, complete with a cute scarf. She was done in just over an hour and it was definitely convenient! They did such a great job on my Pomeranian! He came back happy and peppy versus when he comes back defeated from a typical groomer. A mobile groomer is a bit more but you definitely get your money's worth. You don't have to worry about your dog being kept in a kennel for hours or having them go through that anxiety of waiting or hearing other dogs cry. Loved it! read more

Well my dogs get excited and lately i notice petco doesnt have the patience for them. She def does! She fit my dogs in on a cancellation time and even came late and kept her word. Lisa is NOT reliable and has inconsistent care of my small dog. She does not answer her phone or show up for scheduled appointments. Lisa took 3 hours one time and brought my dog back to my front door completely wet. I would not recommend her for dog grooming. She has been doing my small dog for 8 months, the same day every month (the first Friday of the month) and today she didn't show up or call. I've cancelled my service with her, as she is too unreliable. read more
