I just wanna say that the first time we took our puppies to Reanna, it was a pleasure. However, on my dog's last session with her, they looked terrible....Reanna did not listen to what we talked about after dropping off my dogs and not continuing what she has done before. She did the exact opposite of what we wanted (I wanted a round face and fluffy body and she did short snout and cut them too much on the body). She messed up both their faces and bodies. I would think after a few sessions with the same dogs, it'd consistent, yet she still butchered their groom. I understand she is probably very busy, but there's simply no excuse for charging a high price and providing bad grooms. I expressed my frustration and she wasn't very receptive. I do not recommend this groomer. Find a different groomer. read more

I had such a great experience with them! I love it when you can set things up by text! She responded quickly and we set an appointment for a few days later. I explained that I had once had a poor experience with another dog at a groomer and I wanted to make sure my fur baby Piper had a good experience. She and her assistant were gentle, piper seemed calm and she said she let her set the pace and whether she wanted to up or down on the table. Piper looked amazing, her nails were trimmed and she got so much of the thick undercoat out. It was also quick, about an hour!! I will definitely have her back! read more

All I asked for was a bath and nails on my 3 Yorkies as I groom them weekly and I had a total hip replacement last Wednesday, I needed someone that first week to help me. I trusted Rae with my dogs and she cut all 3 around their eyes. I have grown every hair on them on purpose! I groom my own dogs! I asked you for a bath and nails, I was quoted 105 on the phone and of course when I picked them up it was 135 now... for a bath and blow out with nails on 3 Yorkies that she cut hairs she wasn't authorized to cut! I spent 20 minutes getting them prepared for the groomer, I got all the crust out... all you had to do was bathe and blow.. nails... that's it! You chose to sabotage my male who's ear hair I've been growing for 4 years. You are a horrible groomer, you don't listen to your clients, you haven't been doing it long enough to be on your own should have been my first clue. Be ware taking your dogs here, my dogs weren't even fully dry, my female had a static knot from her cheap products. I had to bring them home and put a 10:1 on their coats and FD it in to get it not to be static. Unreal, I got ripped off and screwed up my dogs faces! Thank you! read more

Amazing new grooming shop run by a seasoned and naturally talented young groomer. My dog Gatsby doesn't do well at groomers (hyper ventilates and starts turning purple) and many groomers can't even finish washing him. He's so skittish that I have to pick him up early and incomplete. Not here! The groomer was so empathetic with him that he made it the whole way through, even with the blow dryer. Sherlock is less stressed but more work because his fur grows in all different directions, like a lost tourist at Disneyland. Both pups ended up looking great! So glad I found this spot! (Too bad I live so far away. Locals, you're so lucky to have this groomer in your area!) read more

Terrible customer service. Unprofessional and petty. My poor dog was shamed by their business taking an unauthorized photograph and posting a sign about her incontinence. My dog did not do this on purpose. If she had issues with cutting her nails and being aggressive, why continue to attempt to cut her nails? There is a rude young girl at the front desk who was not friendly. I was not told about my dogs incontinence to my face nor via phone call. I was simply handed this shaming photo and did not read until today. I thought it was a nice gesture and am appalled by what I read. I tipped 20 dollars too. Unfortunately, the last appointment my dog had ended up with him having a nail infection and picking his foot. They didn't tell me they caused any trauma but the vet said there was a clear nail infection. His foot hasn't been the same since and months later, I am taking him back to the vet because it never stopped bothering him even with medicated shampoo etc. I'm giving them one star because they seem like nice enough people and other grooming appointments have gone fine but it really only takes once to lose someone's trust with their pet and they have lost mine. I won't be entertaining any conversations about this review, or about returning. I never post negative reviews but.... I took two dogs to this place today and they literally did the worst job ever. They are professional and fast but totally lacking in the quality of the service they provide. It was sloppy - uneven hair cut and nails, no fragancia, no scarf, literally a prison haircut looks gets more care and attention than here. I think this is a good place if you just want your dog shaved and treated like a McDonalds burger during rush hour. Otherwise I strongly suggest going somewhere else. Update: I called an express my concerns and feedback and I think the customer service for their services are non existent. The person who is the manager basically said it's how they start and a whole bunch of truly passive aggressive responses. Believe me this is the WORST service I ever received. I had an appointment booked for almost a month out. Jeff was supposed to come to my home . Supposedly, because I missed the text message and didn't confirm Y my appointment was canceled against my knowledge. I was told they called multiple times to confirm my appointment as well, which was a lie. The number came up scam likely once, not a business name, I don't answer scam calls or check spam messages. I called the day of my appointment asking for a 20 widow period so I could make it home in time for the appointment, come to find out it was canceled. I was having a hard time looking for a reputable grooming place. Kept reading bad reviews almost everywhere about pets getting nicked or cut. I decided to give this place a shot. The young girl at the front is very nice, welcoming and was very helpful. I took my boy Duke who's a German Mix and was very matted and had heat spots which I didn't know about. The guy with the pony tail saw my dog and he was very nice. They didn't turn my dog away which I was worried might happen. They told me the price it was going to be for what they would need to do and got started on him. Picked him up hours later and was greeted with a new dog. He looked great, and I was even informed on how I can treat his heat spot. I checked my dog and he was unharmed throughout. My dog came back with a 2 inch red clipper cut near his private area and what looks like a cut between the paws. No mention about it when I picked him up. Also, he smelled like he wasn't washed and I could see a sight cut down the back and the sides weren't blended, it was a choppy cut. He also developed an ear infection as well. I contacted Jeff (before hours Oops) yet he still called me back and I had an appointment the very next morning he was very open with his schedule. I went in to my appointment and had no wait time, my chewy was very loved and had a great time. It was his first actual haircut and he's a little so the groomer let me know his haircut might be a little choppy if he doesn't do well with the clippers.
