I hadn't left a review at the time because of how upsetting my experience was. I'll keep it short, my dog's nipple was cut and bleeding as if no guard was used on the clippers. I understand haircuts won't always be perfect, but her sanitary area was shaved too short and the overall cut was uneven. When I picked her up, I didn't see she was bleeding until I saw blood on her bed. After I notified the owner, she suggested that my dog did it to herself (even though she can't reach that nipple and she was wearing a cone when she got home) and then suggested that it looked like a hickey (extremely bizarre comment to make). I know my dog well and how well she does when she visits groomers. Every groomer before and after her visit at Going Mutts has always said she is well behaved and have no issues while cutting her hair. Anyway, Going Mutts ended up refunding me for the grooming which I appreciated.

One of my cats wouldn't let me trim a certain nail so I knew something was wrong and a pro needed to be called in. From the moment I called this location they were very understanding and accommodating to get my kitty in. The following morning I arrived 15 minutes before opening and instead of just making the clients wait until 8 to be greeted the mobile groomer took her time to welcome and assure clients that we would be helped soon, and we were. Which really shows how attentive they are. Once the main workers arrived she quickly worked to check in clients and was clear with every time frame. You know sometimes you drop off a pet and they give the good "ol' we'll call you when they're ready?" Nope not here she gave specific time frames. My kitty was assessed within minutes. She then was able to trim the nail, educated me on what happened, and explained what to look out for. Truly an amazing location!

I was adamant that their faces and beards were not to be cut and yet, when I pick them up, their beards are completely gone. If anyone has a miniature schnauzer you know it takes months and months to get their beards to grow out and how that is their distinctive feature. This place doesn't get it. I am so disappointed and will be finding other groomers in the future. This place doesn't listen. Even when they supposedly write down what you want, they don't follow it.

Barely write a negative reviews, I was holding myself for a months not to do it , but dealing with…read morepost problems after last grooming appointment for my dog, I wanted to warned people who especially have a golden doodle ! Do not come in this place !!! this place has no care about your dog at all! I took my golden doodle there couple of times, first one was just a shampoo and light trim, was ok, besides, the lady who is a owner , used sharped clippers on my dog and his lips was swollen for a week and red, I have told her about and warn her not to do this anymore, after second my visit my dog couldn't stop shaking his head for a week, she used harsh tools on trimming, after 3rd my appointment it was completely insane, when I asked her full body trim, she destroyed his long fur I was growing for a years, absolutely ruined his face shaped, I asked her slightly trim and do not cut much face , but trimmed years, she did opposite, like she doesn't speak English or what ? All over his body I saw patches, like something textured and removed fullness, later I took him to another groomer and they said , it's from tools she used , which chopped his hair from the roots, you don't see it right away, because it's fresh and fluffy , but 2-3 days after I noticed uneven depth into his fur and start notice uneven cut and it takes so much time to grow it back and I have told cut all over his body now to bring balance in length, horrible experience. And one thing, my dog after last appointment had throat issues, like she was choking him so hard and don't give a water or something, he was making weird nice when he was walking next to me , like something injured into his throat, month after it is gone , thx god .. GUYS, this place needs to be closed at some point , the way she treats animals... I'm not telling you how my dog was shaking when we walked in into that place, which I barely saw my well trained service dog, we never had that problem and all groomers always said how well behaved my dog and calm ! I'm adding here a screenshot of my last text with her, as a proof of what she offered me after I've told her about how horrible she did her job.

They know Chanel and know exactly how I like her groomed, so she always comes back looking adorable. They also have the cutest dresses and accessories that are reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

He sheds because he's got some thick, shedding fur but it's MUCH MUCH less since seeing Jennifer. This dog sees her about every 3 months. Just recently we added a rescue pup from the pound and Platinum Paws was very flexible on time - met us when we got home with our new pup and cleaned her right up!
