I had a very concerning experience this morning around 7:50 a.m. on SR-528 West involving one of your company vans. There was a serious accident on the right shoulder, and as required by Florida's Move Over Law, traffic was moving into the left lane to provide emergency responders with proper clearance. I activated my turn signal well in advance and had sufficient space to safely merge into the left lane, just as other vehicles were doing. Instead of allowing me to merge, the driver of your company van continued accelerating toward my vehicle and nearly rear ended me. He repeatedly blew his horn even though my turn signal had been on and I was legally moving over. I even had to roll down my window to signal that I was complying with the law and safely changing lanes. After passing the accident scene, I moved back into the right lane. Your driver then accelerated aggressively, passing me while traveling at what appeared to be an excessive speed. Throughout the remainder of the drive toward Cape Canaveral, the driver continued following other vehicles too closely and driving at a speed that appeared unsafe. This isn't simply about being frustrated. The driver's actions created a dangerous situation that could have resulted in a rear end collision while motorists were attempting to comply with Florida law and protect emergency personnel at the scene of an accident. I respectfully ask that you investigate this incident and speak with the driver about safe driving practices, including Florida's Move Over Law, proper following distance, and allowing other motorists to merge safely. If necessary, I believe the driver would benefit from remedial driver safety training. Safety should always take priority over arriving at a destination a few minutes sooner. read more

Top notch! We are WDW regulars, owning DVC and APs. We normally rent a car but didn't for one trip. I saw several recommendations for Cast & Crew and figured we'd give them a try. Both drivers we used were courteous, timely, and professional. The vehicles were spacious and clean. One of the drivers even played a Disney playlist for my 5 and 1 year olds. I couldn't recommend them enough. Any time we don't rent a car and stay on WDW property, we will gladly use them again to get us from/to the airport. read more

When free Disney resort transportation ended, we had to find another way to get from the airport to our resort. While there is an affordable bus option and there are airport ride shares available, when I'm traveling with my family, it's all comes down to convenience. A friend told me about Cast and Crew and I've been following their social media accounts for a while, so they were the natural choice when we booked our next Disney trip. Victoria was great! She was very helpful and was quick to respond anytime I texted her. The vehicles were clean and comfortable and held all of our stuff; 4 big suitcases, three backpacks, and a stroller - plus two adults and two kids! We loved getting picked up inside the airport terminal and having the ability to make a quick stop at the grocery store before heading to our resort. I found it odd there were no reviews on yelp, so I'll be the first! Being new to Orlando, the hot weather, kids on a plane plus Disney World for the first time, convenience was our priority and we didn't want to be bothered driving in unfamiliar territory or taking 2+hrs with multiple stops along the way by bus. Victoria helped with changes to plans, Omar was our pickup driver from the MCO airport, and Simon was our send off back to the airport. We were 6 members with two car seats and also rented a double stroller (it arrived in the car for us). Super convenient, Omar found us when we exited the wrong area at the airport, and both Omar and Simon gave plenty of notifications when they were arriving via text and arrived online. Our flight was delayed on the way back to LA and they were accommodating in pushing our pick up time to 2 hrs later. Oh yeah the cars were very clean and very fancy. My husband was considering an SUV for our next family car, but now he's convinced a minivan is so much better hahaha. This company was amazing! We used them for multiple rides on our most recent trip between the airport, Disney resort, to the Port Canaveral, Disney Cruise terminal, and back. Right from the start of booking, they had clear communication. They were easily accessible if I needed to change anything on our trip, which I did have to update things during the booking timeframe. I always got notification 24 hours before the scheduled ride with who the driver was and where they would be meeting us. They always showed up early, Which benefited us because a lot of times we are ready earlier than we thought. The rides were comfortable, and they had car seats that we needed . I just can't say enough good things about this company. I was super stressed about the logistics of transportation, given that we have three young kids under the age of five and we were coming all the way from the West Coast with multiple areas of transportation needed, and they completely exceeded all of my expectations. We will definitely be using them again on our next trip to Disney. read more

The staff at Cast and Crew Transportation were terrific. We had a major unusually delay, due to it being too hot in Las Vegas for the planes weight to take off. Due to this, our flight had about an 9 hour delay. We kept Victoria and Edwin update due to the delay and Victoria continued to keep us up to date and told us "we are family now" and would be there for us when we arrived. When we arrived at the airport in Orlando at around 2am, we had another delay on the runway which was about almost 1-1/2 hours. Edwin kept in contact with us but he informed me he was unable to pick us up due to him being in the emergency room. Due to our arrival time, Victoria did her best to find us a driver, but unfortunately she informed us no other drivers were not picking up. I informed Victoria I would have to find another form of transportation due to the time. When I did find another driver from another company (which I won't say) due to needing a car seat, the wait time was supposed to be five minutes from the baggage claim. My family and I waited outside' for over 30 minutes and the driver canceled on me saying he was in traffic. My family and I had to walk back through the airport with all our luggage, and eventually at 430am, we took a bus to our hotel. The day prior to our departure, I sent Victoria a message confirming our pick up with them. She advised our driver would reach out to us. On our departure day from our Walt Disney hotel, I received a message from our driver Washington. Washington gave us a time when he would be there. He arrived about 10 minutes early. Washington was extremely friendly and polite. He installed a car seat for my son and our family had a great conversation with him during the trip to the airport. The SUV was immaculate and very clean. When we arrived at the airport, he dropped us off right at the arrival gate of our airline. When I asked about making payment for the ride, he informed me the ride was free, just gratuity. My wife and I were in shock and we couldn't believe it. Thank you Cast and Crew Transportation. A special shot out to Victoria, Edwin and Washington. We look forward to using you again when we come back to Orlando. read more

we have used them multiple times for transport from MCO to our Disney resort. they are wuick with communications, always on time (mostly they're early) and super fun! We rented our strollers thru them which is very convenient, and they have very very clean car seats too. pickup is easy, they're right in baggage claim to meet you and a few steps out to their very clean large vehicles. I highly recommend them. When my parents in their mid 70s came with us, this was the best and only option IMO. read more
