Kelsi, our fantastic server, returned it to the kitchen where (I presume) they nuked it and brought it back. It was heated, but not very tasty. Flat; under-seasoned; mushy textured. Definitely something I'd never order again. Many reviews say the atmosphere is "loud" but what they mean is, it's "LOUD". We were seated inside, and it was nearly impossible for the three of us to converse. The acoustics are not great. Enough cons; how about some pros? My burger was FANTASTIC! piled high with caramelized onions and pastrami, but beef patty tasted like it'd just come off a charcoal grill. Terrific flavor in every bite. He did say the guy was an a-hole after leaving the store, but that's no excuse for what he did after. The guy decided to aggressively follow him out towards our car, where I was playing with our toddler, which as a mother was extremely scary, and told me my husband was a jerk and he didn't want our business anyway. I have never felt more unsafe than I did when this guy was talking smack on my husband and telling us we weren't welcome and needed to leave as I buckled in my son. I honestly was fearful that he would become physically aggressive with us. If this is how he chooses to run his business then I don't see him being open much longer, what an absolutely horrible experience! Will never return.
