Her response apologized for the missing desserts, but there was no actual resolution or assistance with getting the matter taken care of. Because the issue was not resolved by the store manager, I had to escalate it directly to 85°C Bakery Cafe's customer service. I'm happy to say that customer service took the time to respond, listen to my concern, and ultimately helped resolve the situation. I truly appreciate their effort and professionalism in addressing an issue that I had been trying to resolve. I do wish the store manager had taken the initiative to address the situation when she first responded to my review instead of leaving me to escalate it myself. Mistakes happen, but how a business handles those mistakes matters. I'm glad that, after escalating the matter, I was finally able to get it resolved.
