I almost wish I was a coffee drinker, because this place really seems to have great quality coffee and many great coffee options. I love Chai, so I got a Chai latte. They have 8 different milk choices, 4 are alternative milks (which is wonderful for us dairy-free people). The chai was a concentrate I don't recognize, but tastes good. The alternative milk, though, I didn't like. So ultimately I really didn't like my chai. If I come back, I'd opt for their chai tea bag and no alternative milk. I tried the Caramel Popcorn cold brew ( Im not sure if this is exactly the name of it ).The coffee tasted like perfume, I threw it out immediately it was really bad. The service was fine. I would not recommend this specific coffee at all, it was way too expensive and tasted horrible, I still have the aftertaste in my mouth. We were in the area on a Thursday morning around 8:30a and decided to check it out. Love the interior and the welcoming spirit of the staff. Full disclosure...we are not from the area, so my review is based on what I've experienced at other local coffee shops in Greater LA. The menu is what you'd expect for a coffee shop. This morning, however, they did not have alternative meat (non-pork) options for the breakfast sandwiches. The cashier shared they were out of Turkey and Chicken. As a result, one of us opted not to get anything because it seems off to pay the same price for a sandwich when you aren't getting any meat. I ordered a matcha latte with rose syrup and almond milk...it was decent but not the best I've had. It also came luke warm. The barista pleasantly agreed to fix it and made a new one. The second one was PERFECT! I ordered the Classic Breakfast Burrito (with bacon). I selected the green sauce with it and really enjoyed the taste and flavor. Nothing like finding a place that has for here mugs! very cute spot inside. My husband got his normal cold brew with heavy cream. I don't think we liked how floral it tasted. I got the seasonal Butter Beer latte and it wasn't overly sweet. I didn't taste a lot of the flavor, but the foam was perfection. I like this place and think the staff is lovely. The coffee isn't bad. But. Lately, the specialty lattes...don't taste anything like the descriptions. I tried the banana bread latte twice and both times it just tasted like a plain latte. I mean zero banana flavor. My husband got the cinnabon matcha and it was a plain matcha with a sprinkle of cinnamon on top. I got the lovers lane latte (supposed to be a white chocolate mocha with raspberry) and...it tasted like coffee with milk and sugar. This location is in a shared strip with other businesses and free parking. I visited early on a Sunday. It really liked the vibe inside- it was chill, not loud, tables available for work or hanging out. There were lots of options if you wanted to purchase some beans which I did. My son recommended this roaster as I just moved here from Seattle. They have lovey outdoor seating and my dog loves a pup cup. On this day, I was the 5th person in line. The person ordering was ordering for 30 people and it was not just drips. They ordered iced, hot, syrups, etc. After waiting about six minutes, I asked the girl with braids filling the cups with ice if I could have a pup cup. She said they had to fill the larger order first. I said please make the pup cup. She said just a moment, filled a couple more cups and then filled the pup cup. I said to her, "You are so kind." I'm always looking for a real coffee shop in the morning when I am traveling. Thanks to Yelp's sorting, this popped up. Bodhi Leaf has a simple menu with seasonal drinks and reasonable prices. The workers were all chill and friendly, as coffee shop workers should be. They had a good amount of seating. Ordering was easy and we received our drinks 5-10 minutes later. I like the esthetics from the pipe chairs to the wooden tables. I tried the Churro Latte with cinnamon, vanilla syrup, and topped with a cinnamon stick. It was one of the best autumn drinks I've ever had and the temperature wasn't overly hot and messed up the drink like other places. I'll be back when I'm in the area. Avoid this place at all cost.!!!!!! Unless you want to run after people you paid and beg them to deliver your order. Incredibly rude and ill-mannered owner of the store in Santa Clarita, who on the 7th day after I made an order when it was stated to be ready in three days, in a raised voice and very rudely explained to me that these were problems with the warehouse, these were not her problems and I should call the warehouse and find out myself why the delivery dates were not met. On the seventh day, after listening to all this, I finally got the order canceled and my money back. Having wasted 7 days of my time on this disgusting place. This place gets progressively WORSE every time I come here. I stopped to grab a coffee after much debate about driving further for a better experience, but decided to go anyway. The staff is so unprofessional here. The girl at the counter was talking very loudly to a young her mail customer across the way sitting at a high top about him going to Jail for bar fights, breaking another guys nose all while customers are waiting and having their coffee. If I was the owner I would be completely embarrassed by the level of horrible customer service my team provides. They rarely say hello or even make eye contact with customers. I had to say excuse me 4 times to the 4 employees before anyone turned around to help me. The coffee is good, but the staff alone is enough to make me never want to come here again! The environment was friendly and welcoming. I had the strawberry matcha and it was really delicious because the strawberry didn't over power the matcha. The WiFi router here is misconfigured and doesn't allow more than a very limited number of devices to connect. It's been this way for 3 years, and it's the same at the other location. We've complained and complained and nothing ever changes, so it's a crapshoot whether or not you'll have WiFi. Just please hire one competent IT guy. read more

I also got a breakfast burrito which looked better than it tasted. The eggs were really off putting to me- I think they were steamed or microwaved or something. At the end of the burrito, it was legit all egg and no cheese or hash brown. It also was pretty bland without their special sauce, but the sauce was good. Even though I had a few bad experiences in the past, I continued visiting this location and noticed significant changes amongst the staff's behavior and drink making!
