Today I saw Dr. Webb she adjusted my neck, back, ankle. I was living with pain for months. She took care of it in one visit. I feel 90% better. I like her suggestions of using natural means to resolve problems instead of drugs and surgery. Sometimes you can solve body problems without a bunch of medicine. Yay! Dr. Webb really cares about her patients. She is very helpful and gives great advice. She is not pushy. She offers ideas that make sense and aren't expensive. I saw Dr. Webb after a snowboarding accident years ago. First I saw 4 other doctors and they didn't help me. I was desperate. So, I have to start by saying that I am not even sure why Dr. Webb continues to work. It seems like she is tired of her job. I mean I guess I get it, I am sure this kind of work is very tiring. But if you are not going to deliver good care, please retire. Yes, I do agree that her adjustments are a bit rough and sometimes straight out aggressive. She is not very warm and "gentle" at all. I did have pain all weekend due to a adjustment after seeing her. People go to a chiropractor for different reasons and would think that her adjustments would vary slightly depending on your condition, however, she does the same adjustment to almost everyone. Is that normal? No matter what my complaint is...the adjustment is always the same. She also always seems distracted, yelling at her husband from the exam room. She does not take the time to listen thoroughly and just wants to keep interrupting and telling you what she thinks and goes on and on without completely listening to you. I stopped going because I felt she was just giving a very general adjustment and never really focused on my problem. The front office?? Geez, I don't think any of the 2 people in that office know what's going on. They constantly argue. She makes her husband nervous and he just rolls his eyes. He always seems flustered, overwhelmed, not a good feeling when you're in the office. Also, at least 2 very good reviews on here are from her daughters and I don't think that is right. I know because she talks about them and says their names and talks about them pretty regularly. I noticed that business in this small clinic has slowed tremendously. Dr. Webb, treat people better, offer more customized adjustments, try to be less aggressive when adjusting, stop trying to sell your Scientology and vitamin agenda and maybe you will have more business. I now go to another chiropractor. I feel great and never have I had pain after an adjustment. read more

Shelly Webb is an incredible chiropractor. I had very little mobility in my neck before seeing her and now I have full mobility. Wonderful woman who really cares about her patients. Shelly spent a lot of time with me and even came in on her day off to make sure that I got adjusted. I drive 45 minutes for an adjustment because Shelly is such a great chiro. She also gave me some supplements to handle a urinary tract infection that was very painful. She said the supplements would handle it in a day or two and it did!!!! Money well spent!! I had a bad back for a few years and it took about 2 years of repeat visits to Dr Webb to fix my problem. Used to have back pain, neck pain, headaches, etc. I felt relief after about two days after every visit. Sometimes I was treated with a hot pack, at times with electric shocks (not sure of the right name), I always opted to lay on the water table before each session. Loved it when she cracked the bones on my back as it almost always offered relief. I'm now pain free but sometimes stop by just to say hi. read more

Zero stars. Warning! Ms Web's adjustments are so harsh that I left her office limping. When I got home, I couldn't walk. Spend almost a year in bed. Found out that the adjustment ruptured a spinal disc. I now deal with chronic pain and other resulting complications. At the same adjustment, Ms Web adjusted my daughter while she was sitting in a chair. My daughter didn't want the adjustment and told her so but Ms Web surprised my daughter by coming behind my daughter and adjusting her neck anyway . On top of dealing with my pain, my daughter was crying. She made me pay her for the adjustment saying that I would feel better later on. But I was angry. Weeks later, while I'm stuck in bed and unable to even walk, Ms Web called me to say that It wasn't her fault, that I was "pre- disposed" and that she has x-rays to prove it. This was a long time ago, but it still makes me angry as I have been dealing with this ever since. I don't want others to suffer as I have! read more

Dr. Webb is a fantastic Chiropractor! I highly recommend her services. Whenever I feel out of whack I give her a call and she straightens me out. I always feel better after an adjustment and she really knows what vitamins are the best for you to take. Plus, she has an awesome water bed that you lay on and it massages you! Dr. Webb is good at what she does. However, while sitting in the lobby, instead of the typical music playing in the background, she has Scientology lectures playing. Speeches from that guy L. Ron Hubbard I believe is his name and Scientology magazines. I feel this is highly inappropriate. During my session with her, all she spoke about was Scientology, it seemed as though she was trying to convert me. This is all very unfortunate because she is really good but I won't be going back. read more

The massage roller bed she puts you on is BROKEN!!! She pulled both sides of my back out after i went in for a PULLED groin/ abductor. I called and asked if they could treat that area and her husband said yes. They cannot treat pulled muacles (liars trying to get a sale!) this is complete mis-use of their office. They should be retired. After seeing her the first time i went home with conplete stiffness in my back, she completely pulled my illiaspoas. I went in for my groin and she adjusted me so rough i almost cried qhen i got home.After seeing her not only 1 time i went to her 6 times because she told me i was the one messing up my back, she blamed it on my dancing and my birth control though ive been living like this for years and i pulled my groin muscles SHE is the one who messed my bacl up. after telling me she use to work on dancers complete bullsg*t! Very disappointed in the way I was treated. I've gone 3 times and each time I was a costed at the end of my appointment for money. I was told over and over how much my deductible was which was unnecessary as I had explained that I was aware of my deductible and out of pocket expenses as well as my benefits for chiropractic care. I was forced to pay 50.00 with out any proof that I would owe that amount. I asked to hold off on paying until I received the explanation of benefits from my insurance company that would tell me exactly how much I owed, but they refused. They said I hadn't met my deductible so I would owe the full allowed amount. I was told I'd have to pay at least 30.00 per visit totalling up to 90.00 but I said I wouldn't pay that. So my ins company stated I only owed a few dollars and I had to get a refund. But why does it need to come to that? Why force a person to pay money without seeing a bill first? A restaurant hands you a bill before you hand your card over. Beware of Drs forcing you to pay more than you should. Get to know your benefits and don't let doctors push you into a corner. I don't recommend seeing her as treatment there is based solely on money. I feel that I was spoken to in a very disrespecting way and violated by making me do something I was not comfortable doing. read more
